I ordered a regular coffee, which i confirmed with my receipt, and got decaf instead. This is a major infraction for me and I won't be going here for breakfast items.

Experience was horrible. I ordered a basket of fries, five barbecue sauces and a large Coke and it took 40 minutes. The fries were salted and I didn’t get my barbecue sauces.

I don’t usually write google reviews, but since nothing seems to change with the receipt reviews: this McDonalds location used to be the good one compared to the ones on Zumbehl and Truman, but it is going to crap with quality. I just had to peel off about half of my bun because it was as hard as a crouton. Husband has had undercooked fries, in fact we’ve had 3 ORDERS of undercooked fries before, and it seems like other people are experiencing the same poor quality. Just do better, management, hold your people to a standard. And yourself cause this is just disgusting.

This McDonalds is awful, management there is completely ridiculous. After receiving my doordash that I ordered I took a bite of my sausage biscuit it tastes like they put a hamburger patty on my biscuit. I called to talked to a manager whom which i was speaking too and told her about my sausage biscuit , and that you guys put a hamburger on my biscuit instead. She yelled at me and said im sorry there is no way we could have done that. And hung up on me! Really this is how you treat your customers? They need to work on there customer service. I would rather travel a little further to a McDonalds that has great management and customer service, then to ever step foot in or order from the McDonalds on Elm street

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WATCH HOW THEY TALK TO PEOPLE. This place needs a complete overhaul, undercover boss or something. The general manager needs to be fired and anyone else they hired that's a family member or friend. They don't know how to treat employees nor do they know how to schedule people to work. Out with the power hungry people and in with the people who actually know how to run the place AND TREAT PEOPLE. During the day everything seems to run smooth but when that evening manager comes in everything seems to go all lop sided. And judging by the reviews looks like other people agree. The OWNERS need to come in or send in undercover customers OR employees to watch the management. HEY WHOEVER OWNS THIS BUSINESS YOU NEED TO GO LOOK AT YOUR STORE. I have never had a problem with people at the window. But if I can hear a manager yelling at the workers through the window there is a problem.

Just had the worst experience ever at this location. I understand that it's busy and mistakes are made, but there was no excuse for tonight. Around 6:20 pm on 2/1/25 I went through the drive thru and ordered a fish filet meal. Got home only to find MAYONAISSE on the sandwich. I go back and they were considerably busier. I go inside, there's 3 orders waiting. The lady bagging never address me I stood there about 7 minutes. She walked passed me 2 times. I then begin to say excuse me several times to no avail from the counter. I then walk around the to the side entrance where I was in the sight of 3 workers and continue to say excuse me several more times to no avail. I finally shouted so loud that it got everyone's attention. IT SHOULD HAD NEVER GOTTEN TO THAT POINT. Someone finally acknowledges me. I let them know that my order was messed up. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. They (wouldn't give name) had on a turquoise shirt and black pants. Had a few facial piercings and a tattoo on the left side of their neck. They proceeded to tell me I was rude for yelling. REALLY. They told me that I could have just said excuse me. The customer who was standing with me told them that I had, several times. They insisted on telling me that my behavior was out of line. I have been standing there trying to get my order corrected for over 10 minutes. I did not get a reciept in the drive thru. They told me the printer was broken. They didn't understand what they had done to get me upset. They proceeded to tell me they were just trying to help me. I have worked in the service industry my entire adult life. I have never and would never treat a customer like that. I do not subscribe to the customer is always right mentality because unfortunately, they aren't. In this moment I tried the polite route, waited and got absolutely nothing. We went back and forth for several minutes because I was pissed off. When I asked for their name they refused and told me the manager wouldn't care about my complaint. I literally had no complaint before I went back. I just wanted a freaking filet of fish with tartar sauce instead of MAYONAISSE, but here we are.

If you only have a half-hour lunch, don't go here!! If you drive thru, they ignore you at the speaker. If you finally are able to place an order, expect to wait around the corner.

When it's good, it fantastic, depending on crew and Manager, if you get the Auburn Hair lady at drive thru, terrible personality bitter and no service skills, had an issue and wanted a refund when they asked me to park last few times I waited over 10 minutes, while I counted 12 cars go thru. If you ask for a refund she goes on with a sarcastic harsh smart ass comment. Go to charm school. So is it really fast food.

As far as picking up orders for here. They are bad. Wait time is horrendous, multiple employees goofing around with no sense of urgency

Upon picking up a mobile order my husband and myself received the most unprofessional customer service I have seen at a McDonalds. There is one lady at the Elm street location that is older with longer blonde/gray hair that is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never in my life experienced service like this at this location. If she is so unhappy with her job then maybe she shouldn’t be there. I would hate to se show she treats other customers that come into this location. I did find out that it was the GM of the location Mickey. This is the example she is setting for her employees and that is a poor way to represent a company and the owners. I feel for those employees and anyone who interacts with this woman.

Nicole runs a tight ship. If you're smart you order ahead via app for counter pickup and say you're there when you order. It's ready waiting for you!
