We came here to celebrate a big work win last week. Ben was our servicer and he was superb. The food and wine was fantastic. The four of us all got different dishes and everyone was pleased. I had the yellow fin, it might be the best yellowfin I've ever had. This is by far my favorite spot in St Louis!

Ella is hands down the best bartender. She always does an amazing job and is such a joy to be around. Super friendly, attentive, and makes everyone feel welcome the moment they sit down. Ate here for a friend's birthday dinner last week. Our party was then falsely accused of stealing a jacket. The management was accusatory and threatening. We were blamed for stealing due to being the only other table of black patrons in the restaurant. The accusation was humiliating, unnecessary and handled with zero professionalism. Even more troubling was the complete lack of accountability afterward - no meaningful apology and no attempt to correct harm done. disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere. Preferably a place that knows how to treat paying customers with respect and dignity.

I had a birthday dinner here last week. The server was great. The food was mid. But let me get to the main point. Some days later, I get accused of an event that happened while I was dining there. The management sent me photos of people that I did not even know (and weren’t in my party) that were taking something from the establishment. The lack of thorough investigation and clarity from the management team baffles me. I was sent a text of 3 pictures of folks from ANOTHER party and a message stating that my info would be given to the local authorities. To falsely accuse someone just because we all have the same skin tone is egregious and disgusting. To our server, thanks for being great and doing your job to the fullest. To the restaurant, please know you will never get my business or my friends’ business again. I hope that jacket was worth it.

Napoli 3 is consistently excellent. The best place to eat in St. Charles County for a special occasion or date night or if you just want a really great meal. Love the chicken parm or Marsala and filet with peppercorn cream sauce. Crispy rice app is also so unique and delicious! Never had a bad experience here and a favorite of our whole family.

Excellent food and service. Center cut steak was perfectly cooked and the pork chop exceptional. Steve was busy with several tables but was very attentive to us. Only disappointment were the mashed potatoes, lacked flavor and were watery. Always a great evening at Napoli 3.

Food was excellent. Waitress did an A+ job. 2 complaints: water glasses very small. I ran out of water several times. I don't blame the waitress. I blame the person who decided to have small water glasses. Also, staff showed up a couple times too early to take your plates when we were not finished. Management should train the staff a little better, so not to give the appearance of rushing the customer....and not stand there waiting as you are taking bites of food

I had a blood orange margarita and my girlfriends had expressi martini, red wine and a S'mores martini. Omg, what delicious start. I had the appetizer eggplant Parmesan as my main course and still had enough to box up. Sofia was our server, she was very attentive and knew the specials by memory! The ambience was so sexy, this place has it all!
