Chris T was the best sever I have ever had. The food was amazing. We had appetizers, lunch and salad. Everything was beyond expectations. I had scallops in an amazing cream sauce. My Dad loved the shrimp cocktail and meatball sandwich. Everyone was thrilled with taste, experience and service. The best!

Absolutely amazing. Ryan was attentive and his recommendations were spot on. The arancini were perfectly breaded, the caprese special was mouth-watering, my husband's st louis salad was exactly what he wanted, our pastas were mouth watering, the scallops were perfectly prepared, the tiramasu was light and creamy and the right taste of liquor and chocolate. We have been away from st louis for more than a decade and when we visit, we always try to go to our favorite restaurants. We now have a new favorite to add to the rotation. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

My first dining experience in St. Charles! So fancy. I was definitely a little underdressed but sat at the bar since I was traveling alone. All the staff members were nice and attentive. Started with a glass of Prosecco, enjoying the delicious bread & butter before receiving my entree of Farfalle with Spicy Tomato Cream, Bay Shrimp, and Scallops. The seafood itself didn't seem seasoned at all. It was disappointing that all the flavor of the dish came only from the sauce, but the sauce itself was tasty. The farfalle was slightly less than al dente... could have used a little more time cooking. I knew either way that I had to get something with scallops. So many things I wanted to order. Maybe next time?

Every time we go to Napoli III food is absolutely perfect! We really like the team and management/ family- so welcoming! So top notch- We just love the Shrimp cocktail- Caesar salad- snapper special- pork chop Milanese- awesome- pasta- best ever!! You get what you pay for and I will pay a bit more to have a perfect experience when I dine out!
Came here Easter night and sat outside. Nice outside area with nice ambiance. Our server (forgot her name) was honestly probably the best server I've ever had. She was attentive, knew the specials and gave us 5 star service!! Got the toasted ravioli, delicious and shared a pasta dish. We had the farfalle with shrimp and scallops in a spicy red cream sauce. I live in Boston and I thought the seafood was good and the pasta delicious. It could have been a bit spicier, but I love the spice. It was delicious. Everything was great!

We celebrated our anniversary at Napoli III and were not disappointed. We had reservations and upon arrival, were brought to our table quickly with little wait.Appetizer - Calamari. Lightly breaded and fried to perfection. Marinara, Aioli, and lemon. Very tender.Veal Parmigiana - presentation was beautiful. Took my first bite and had to close my eyes. By far the best Veal Parmigiana I’ve had since moving to St Louis. They use Mozzarella!!! Like an Italian restaurant should. No provel thank god.Service - I don’t recall my water call ever going below half full. Aside from our main server, there were a few different Rovers, topping off water, clearing plates, checking bread. Amazing service. Our main server was very attentive, made recommendations, and was very pleasant.Overall I highly recommend Napoli III for anyone looking for a spot for a date night. Come hungry!

Really good food, but inaccessible for the handicapped. Handicap parking is over a block away from the entrance. They care enough to offer parking for customer pickup, but not enough to cater to the handicapped. Love the food, but cannot recommend because of the parking.
