We came here for a school family night. I will say the staff was very quick at getting pizzas out. I do not feel like there was any point not any pizza out for the families there. The staff was super quick if one of the lanes broke down. If a ball got stuck, the staff is really quick to go help. The facility was very clean. The restrooms are very clean. I will say we ordered pitchers of soda. They were six dollars each which was a lot better than their large sodas that were three dollars. It's a better bang for your buck especially with kids. It's just a lot easier and they give you a little cups. The shoes were very clean. They all looked pretty new and were in great condition. I liked that they had the smaller size balls for bowling, the size 6, on the back where the shoes are and made it easier for kids to grab them with an employees help so the smaller kids could have them. It was extremely busy when we were here but I will sit the staff handle it. Well there were at least 4 to 5 bars at each lane plus family sitting behind each lane all the tables were full. Amazing props to all the staff we will definitely be returning

Not sure the point of leaving this review as obviously this business doesn't care about reviews. We will not be back as the customer service here is some the worse I've ever experienced. The older man at the front with the beard is unbelievably rude with a terrible attitude. He also seemed inconvenienced that he had to do his job by resetting the pins. What a joke!

Took my boys out to go bowling - we love bowling! It was an early Sunday evening and despite being crowded due to the fact the leagues were competing, there was a lane available for us. The price was reasonable: about $4 per pair of shoes and I think the game was $5 - and we played 2 rounds. We had a blast! There were birthday parties all around us and the people playing on the lanes on both sides of us were really cool! We all joked and laughed with each other because I am far from a great bowler, but totally down for having fun! My boys ordered honey chili wings with fries and a pretzel with cheese. They loved it! They didn't leave anything behind. So, in my eyes, their food was a hit! Oh - the staff to add were super helpful! My youngest son befriended a gentleman who would help us whenever the ball would get stuck bc remember, we're not professional bowlers and I think he called him over about 5x and not once did he seem annoyed with us. Also, I did order a cocktail a cocktail and they delivered it to me at the lane which was sweet. With the small interaction we had with the staff, they were beyond professional so down to earth. We're already looking forward to stopping by tot play again! And to close out, even though it was a packed house of blowers / the parking lot had plenty of spaces available. I found one right on the front! Score!!! Definitely check them out if you're looking for a fun family place to have a great time or simply to hang with friends - you'll love it!

We have been going to this bowling alley for years with kids and as an all adult night out. The alleys work great and we usually have a great experience. Our most recent experience will be our last. We waited an hour+ to get a lane for 5 adults. It was fin e, we ordered drinks and chatted. We were placed at the end alley and proceeded to play 2 games. A group came in next to us there were no issues. At the end of the night, one of the gentlemen kept saying something to me boyfriend about him taking his ball. Mind you, both of the 12 lb balls on the rack were property of the bowling alley, one green and the other blue. My boyfriend apologized and said he would just use the other 12 lb ball. In a nutshell, the man wouldn't let it go. My two daughters were with me, one was pushed to the ground 2 times, and the other got her hair pulled and face scratched....by the man. Someone took my purse off our table and we found it on one of their chairs. Security came and basically said we needed to leave, which we were glad to do. A man assaulted a woman in a public place, the police were never called and we were treated pretty horribly. My daughter went back the next day and looked at the video. It came out of nowhere and the unprofessional way it was handled was very disappointing.

I went to St. Charles Lanes yesterday. I arrive and go to get shoes and pay for my game, only to see that no one is at the counter. I return a few minutes later and see two people there, so I went back up. I dealt with an old guy with a hat, long hair, and a beard, who had a bad attitude and clearly didn't want to talk to me. He informed me my group would pay at the end, so after getting my shoes from someone much more pleasant, I went and bowled. That was a normal bowling experience. The facilities and equipment were good and neither me nor anyone from my group had any problems. My friend and I went to pay once we were done. After talking to the same guy, who was then rude to my friend, we paid and left. I will not go back because I don't want to talk to that guy again.

I would pick 0 stars if possible. Place is a complete dump, will never come back here. They would not serve me alcohol due to my ID "being fake", never had this issue anywhere else. Service is terrible. Randy is the only worthy employee. "YoUr ID iS fAkE" smh. wow

This place has been great for me, my wife and two little guys. Sure it's a bit understaffed sometimes, but we tend to go during off hours at like noon on a Saturday. Oldest son (3yrs old) loves it and the youngest is just fascinated being out of the house. The place is clean and employees are always nice. It's not your fancy Sixflags or Disney bowling aisle. It's just good family fun without the hype or price.

Came here with some friends. First of all we got to our lane super quick and they seated us very kindly. Then the bowling was fun and the touch screen was efficient and easy to use. We also ordered food including cheese fries and pretzels. The drinks were large but unfortunately the refills costed something like 1.50 which is a little ridiculous if you are already paying for it.

Would not recommend this place. Half of the lanes didn't reset the pins after each turn and half of the time some pins would be knocked down by the pin setter. Also, tried closing our tab at the bar but the bar tender said the cashier would cash us up front along with our game. So I waited at the front desk to pay, when it was my turn she told me I had to close my bar tab first and then pay. So I had to go back to the bar to close my tab then wait back in line at the front desk to pay. Very aggravating and time consuming.

This place has poor management and shitty organizational skills. I would not recommend this shit hole to anyone. Not even worth a dollar a game. Fuck this place an hour an half and still waiting...... open play started at 630 was here at 610 was number 8 on the list, it's 750 now still waiting. Lost my name on sheet and just threw my name on the list where they thought it may have been.
