This location is so trash. I waited patiently in line i was first waiting on my food literally waited the 20 mins for the teriyaki chicken to be cooked i was first in line. I told them i had to use the bathroom I'll be right back. I come back line super long waiting on the teriyaki chicken so i stood in front they got done. They've served every one in that long a** line and skipped over the fact i was waiting first and forgot about my order. i was so Damn upset I'll never come back there to eat again customer service was so terrible. Crew sucks so bad.

I had a party that needed catering. Called to speak with someone to answer a few questions about it multiple times.

1st. Was told to call back on the day of. Got hung up on.
2ed. Was told I had to go online, and they could take my order over the phone and just hung up.
I don't like doing large orders online.
They lost an extreme amount of sales due to not handling this interaction very well. I will not use this location ever. Customer service needs to be a main focus a restaurant of any kind. Especially in large order catering!!

Literally found a clothing tag shredded in my orange chicken and fried rice and they wouldn’t refund. I’m mean I could read full on words in my rice, I don’t think cotton and polyester go in rice?

They always forget my sauce even though they put it on the receipt and I asked multiple times if I could get some just to make sure since they tend to forget a lot when I ask for sweet and sour sauce it’d be nice if someone maybe put it in the bag

They canceled my order for not having the food ready, very bad service

I don’t know what’s going on at the St. Charles Panda Express but it’s gone WAAAAAY down hill since we moved to the area in 2020! The food is HORRIBLE and so is the service! And it’s been that way for a little over a year. Tonight was our last time at this location. The Panda Express on Lindbergh in Hazelwood is 100 x’s better than this one. And THAT should tell you something!

Funny. They close at 9:30, but at 8:40 they are out of orange chicken for the night, not because they've run out of stock in house, but just because they aren't making any more for the night. Almost an hour before closing, and they aren't going to make another round of one of their highest selling dishes. That is just sheer laziness. And this is not the first time I have run into this issue. Again. Sheer laziness.

Panda is consistently a good option for quick American Chinese food. This location has friendly staff and a clean dining experience.

Every SINGLE time I have been to this location the workers are rude, inconsiderate and always forget at least one item of mine. This location needs a whole new management team.
