Got food poisoning from here, twice. I know someone who could not stop vomiting and having diarrhea for days. Their soda is also really watered down. I don’t think they toss their food after a certain amount of time and the employees allow bacteria to grow in it.

I was just at this location. We placed an order for pickup. I got a bigger bowl and they forgot my third entree 😡 not only did we not get my broccoli beef, we also didn't get teriyaki sauce, utensils which we specifically asked for in their app- or fortune cookies and a straw for our drink. The food is so good, but what is the point if you don't get what you pay for / specifically request.

All 5 of my family members immediately had diaherria for 2 days. Food is very greasy.

They charge a tourism tax which is a license tax in the county but instead of paying it themselves as the cost of doing business, they pass it on to the customers. Scummy practice will not be back ever at any panda

I’m from out of state. I’m a traveler it’s 10:09 am. And I tried to walk in and no one opened the door or unlocked it until a Caucasian walked to the door. They are ignoring the customers outside eating us to go to drive through .. then a couple walked up and Jonathan the manager opened the door and was rude. Not a hello or good morning , never will come back They open at 10 and no food selection at all stating . cooked when ordered

As we enter drive through, they tell us the remaining entrees they have. We ask if they can make more, and instead we were not answered, and could hear other staff say “cry about it”. Needlessly dickish. Have a review, cry about it

Somehow this Panda Express is always out of food that you try to order. Either the staff needs to be trained on busy hours and how much food to prep for each shift or better staff need to be hired. (With better pay) I’m tired of being told “we’re out of this menu item” every single time I come to this restaurant. I never have this issue with any other Panda Express I go to.

The team is always polite, focused, and diligent even when out of product or low on staff. The manager is always super friendly any time there happens to be a small issue. Thankful they do the work they do!
