When the is cooked and served fresh it's good buy. Servers are really pleasant and efficient for lunch timing. Always clean inside the restaurant.

My husband and I ate late lunch here while we charged our EV in the parking lot. They were quick and the food was delicious. Clean location and plenty of room to find a booth.

Noodles are dry and not cooked enough. Tasted horrible. Beef and broccoli tasted horrible. The staff are rude. The food is gross.

This is the best panda around, the employees are always friendly and quick to make more food if it’s empty or even asked for. We eat here a few times a week usually, sometimes everyday of the week. The manager is always kind to us as well. Keep up the good work!

Literally everything was burnt and now I can’t get a refund from DoorDash. I was unable to eat it.

Ordered for delivery, they forgot half of our order. We tried calling and were told we had to go through DoorDash for a refund or we could come pick it up ourselves. Frustrating but we understand. DoorDash was only going to refund $4 dollars for a $40 order so we called back and asked if we could come pick up the food that was missing and if they’d kindly remake the food that was now cold because we have to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up food that THEY FORGOT. The manager was rude and unhelpful saying he would not remake the entree we got and “the DoorDash driver must’ve stolen it.” I’m a restaurant manager myself. Sometimes you have to take the hit and remake the food because it was YOUR error to begin with. Passing the buck to DoorDash isn’t the answer and I can see why this place has such low ratings. They frequently miss items in your order that you paid for and then don’t want to make it right. Horrible customer service.

There is definitely nothing to write home about. The food was good & served hot. My issue is the serving size .. idk if you get more inside but the drive thru, not so much. The prices are higher & I didn't even get full scoops. Then when you complain, you are offered TO BUY ANOTHER ENTREE, that is SMALLER than the 1/2 scoop you got on the plate. I think I maybe done with Panda Express. Also, what is TOURISM TAX, St. Charles county...shame on you!

Got food poisoning from here, twice. I know someone who could not stop vomiting and having diarrhea for days. Their soda is also really watered down. I don’t think they toss their food after a certain amount of time and the employees allow bacteria to grow in it.

I was just at this location. We placed an order for pickup. I got a bigger bowl and they forgot my third entree 😡 not only did we not get my broccoli beef, we also didn't get teriyaki sauce, utensils which we specifically asked for in their app- or fortune cookies and a straw for our drink. The food is so good, but what is the point if you don't get what you pay for / specifically request.
