Very good food, as always. I travel all over the country and can always count on Panda Express. Laurie was an excellent server. My husband was on his phone, not paying attention, but ordered Kung pao. She would not put it on my plate until I ordered it. I thought that was an excellent practice, looking out for the female population.

If I could give a negative zero I will so we ordered dinner here we all had orange chicken needless to say I don’t know what bug spray taste like but I know the smell well my orange chicken tasted like bug spray smells THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GET FOOD HERE

This location is fast and friendly. I ask for the teriyaki on the side and they give packets. They are quick and nice to deal with. It is a pretty new building. Nice and clean well kept. We go here about 2 times a month. I also get the honey walnut shrimp and they are never out like at some other locations

I got there an hour after they opened. Ordered noddles with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The noddles were so dry and in tiny pieces. The orange chicken was soggy and the teriyaki chicken was dry and they didn’t put the sauce on it! It literally looked like re heated stuff from the night before ? will not go back to this location

Today was the second time in 2 weeks that I’ve been to this location. Before, placing my order today, I informed the young lady in drive through that I was not satisfied last week with the order and please make sure that my experience today was a positive one. My experience today was horrible! The honey walnut shrimp with chow-mein chopped into 1/2 inch piece size was luke warm at best, and it was high noon. I now clearly understand why there was not a line in drive up at either visit. This horrible experience cost me $13.96. Unacceptable… NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered online and the food wasn't ready for 20min after our should have been. When we got it the rice was inedible. They sold my daughter a drink then the machine was broken. At no time did anyone apologize for any part of it.
Very small portions and very expensive. Advertise crab Rangoon, but it's just cream cheese. I paid $35 through door dash for a order of Rangoon and fried rice and beef and broccoli, which was a portion for a baby.

We hadn't been to Panda in several months so while we were in St Charles shopping, we decided to go there for lunch... everything was delicious... the staff were nice & friendly as well...Parking: They have a huge lot to park in.Wheelchair accessibility: Very large handicapped spaces right in front... smooth transition into their doors.

So it was 830 at night, and I tried to walk into the lobby of this Panda Express and the door was locked. I checked the hours on the door which specified that they are open until 9 pm, but, the doors are locked, so I went to the drive through and was informed they only had Chow Mein and honey sesame chicken. I'm not exactly sure why they have no food available at 830 at night. And I'm not sure if management is aware of it or the owners. When i questioned them about having no food i got no response so i drove away and as i looked into the store all the employees were looking at me laughing as though it was funny that they closed early. I will never come to this restaurant again regardless of the hour. I may never go to Panda Express again. Don't waste your time coming here, you’ll never know if they have food available or if they will even be open..
