2 small gluten free pizzas were made with all the toppings piled into the center with a 2 inch(not exaggerating) diameter of black burned crust empty of toppings. I ordered "uncut", they were cut. Pizzas delivered to the wrong neighbor's address, and set on a dirty GROUND, even though delivery instructions stated "leave on porch table". Talked to store manager, who was defensive, made excuses for delivery, awful pizza:"toppings slide off", then never credited$ my account for the order as promised on phone. One of the worst experiences ever!

Isaiah is a terrible delivery driver. Left our food outside in the cold, didn't notify us, and confirmed the order. Didn't know until well past our delivery time

Man this place is unbelievable this is the third time having issues we ordered a hour ago it says our order has been delivered nothing outside and go figure they are closed this place is pathetic keep giving them Chances and they continue to screw up its says a lot about management their. Sick of it calling cooperate and hope they fix this ghetto bad service place it's a disgrace

Not worth it, quality is crap. We try to order extras to compensate but now they put a tablesppon of sauce in the sauce cups and I will NEVER waste money here again.

I have been a loyal customer at this store for the last four years getting pizza for me and my kids at least three times a month on the 23rd. I had purchased two pizzas and some wings. When my husband got home he only had two pizzas so I called and asked where my wings were, the Woman answered the phone told me Hold on she was going to talk to the manager. They were giving me a refund for the wings five days later no refund. Where I spoke to manager, Nate said they had been having problems with their computers. I said well that’s fine. I order enough could I please Get those wings with my next order. I ordered again last night two pizzas and then called back and asked them if I could get those wings. Where Nate got on the phone told me he didn’t remember a conversation from two days ago Then I started telling him what we said then he said oh I remember, but you’re giving me a fake name way too much confusion just for dinner for my kids. I should not have to get Upset and stressed out for wings that I paid for Nate has no customer service. He clearly didn’t write my name down or wrote it down wrong and then wanted to tell me my name was not my name. I’ve done a lot of business with your with your establishment and have never complained or had a problem before, but this time was awful. I’m not going to yell and scream for things that were due to me that you didn’t give me. Going to prove my name because I shouldn’t have to look up my email. This was Papa John’s fault not sunshine Myers. I paid for something I was never given and then I got insulted when I asked for it great management

Ordered on the app. Wife was following along in app on the progress. Get the notification that it’s on it way. Wait for the knock at the door. Nothing. Then it says it’s been delivered , app states that it was handed to us. still nothing. Go out side and look for a car and on my neighbor s porch there sits our order. Out of ten houses on the block, two had lights on, us and not the neighbor Start dishing the pizza out everyone and it has not been handled with much love and I’m pretty sure that two of the three pizza were cut by someone wearing a blindfold. Call the store and you can hear the shoulder shrugs on the other end. They use grubhub when they are short drivers so no real answers on why it was left on the wrong porch or why my pizzas look like 3rd grade pottery class. We will call dominos from now.
As a dasher this place is great, the people are usually very fast to get us in and out, or at least let us know how long the wait will be

For it. Being Saturday night my Pizza order was quite large and ready in 15 minutes. The pizza was soo hot and delicious ? would recommend and we will get it again next time we're in the area!

This is my favorite papa johns to go to! the manager Logan is awesome i accidentally ordered from the wrong location i paid an everything my kids were hungry an irritable an he did amazing helping me get it all taken care of in a very fast timely matter!!! he deserves a promotion customer service is very important now days!! An is great at it
