I ordered here many times and the food was always pretty good until tonight when the pizza was very thin and doughy like it was not cooked...never again!

Used the wrong crust on my pizza. Refused a refund and would not bring me a new pizza. I picked it up and did not check in the store like an idiot. Called and asked for refund and told him I would send a picture of the whole pizza with the wrong crust. He wanted me to bring the pizza back in order to get a new one. Said they did not have a delivery driver or a manager there. No worries. I asked again for a refund. All they would offer was store credit. Guy left me on hold on the phone for a long time and it sounded like he was picking the phone up periodically to see if I was still there. Eventually, he hung up.

Sat in a small waiting area with 7 other people. Employee would peek around the corner every few minutes. Was told 20 minutes till order ready. There almost 50 minutes.
Much better this time, food is good. Order was delivered this time as promised. Thank you!

I ordered extra pepperoni didn’t get it and the pizza was damn near cold when I got it I showed up exactly when I was supposed to very disappointed I used to love pizza hut but after this and this has been a slow decline at the location for a while now I think I’m moving my business to dominos cause we all know papa John’s sucks and it looks like Pizza Hut does as well if I could leave a zero star I would I definitely would NOT recommend to anyone this location because its a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pizza cold no garlic butter on the garlic butter bread sticks ? only thing that was actually able to eat where the boneless wings You can tell they don't care my dog wouldn't even eat it Went to Papa Johns after spending 50$ here very sad

Generally the pizza huts in St Charles County are not a great place to order food from. Management is not able to keep good employees and it heavily effects the food quality and service you get at a store. This store is much worse than the other ones. Hostile workers who clearly are not being treated right compared to the work load they are under. I don't have many bad experiences with food places in St Charles but pizza hut is a regular offender. I would rather go hungry and skip dinner for an evening than getting any food items from this store.
