I ordered a pizza and asked them to square cut it, and I guess whoever was cutting the pizza accidentally started cutting it normally so instead of just giving it to me that way anyway they made another pizza and square cut and gave me the one that they originally started cutting normal! Also they are always so friendly. Best experience ever. ??

Very friendly staff and manager, they mentioned while I was waiting for my pizza that they upgraded my medium to a large for no cost!

As I was waiting my turn in line, I was able to look through a little window on the door that led to the kitchen. I watched numerous employees taking food out of the oven and putting it into boxes with no gloves. Not only that, but they were TOUCHING every item as they were putting them in the box. When I got to the front of the line, I told the representative about it. He said they should know better than to do that. I told him that I saw him do it too after he was up front touching the keyboard and everyone's payment methods. He offered to remake it, but I declined. Other customers heard this interaction and left without their orders.

Placed an order online right before leaving work. Once I got to Pizza Hut, I noticed an email that my online order could not be placed and I needed to call to place my order. With frustration and being “hangry”, I called and spoke with Josh. He looked back and was unable to find my order. I decided to place it again and he went above and behind to make sure I had my food within 12 minutes time!
Have ordered multiple times through the app for Delivery and it gets switched to Pickup. Zero accommodation from the staff and I’m treated like it’s my fault. Figure it out Pizza Hut.Side note. I find it humorous that I run a business that makes 18mm a year, but your bottom feeding employee wants to talk down to me.

The stuffed crust portion of the pizza was adequate but the cheese topping was nonexistent, the sauce was inconsistent and the beef topping was rubbery. It tasted like it was overcooked . The gave the service a low mark because they served me the product the way it looked knowing it was inadequate.
