Order a large cheese pizza and and Pepperoni melt It only had 15 pounds of garlic garlic way too much. I'd have brushed nightly percent of it off just so I can eat it. And they had no pepperoni really in it. Very didn't layer very disappointed?

Ordered a 3 topping pizza online for $17.98. Received a cheese pizza. Spoke with manager and asked to remake with 3 toppings. Was told no. Asked for a refund and was told no! She/he canât refund. Returned the pizza and never received the my money back. Not sure of the manager name but she was white with a buzz cut and black teeth. Rude. Disputed charge with my bank and left pizza on the counter at 6pm 5/17

The worst pizza I ever got in my life. I love pizza hut but this location I donât know what wrong with them. It tasted awful and salty and disgusting I was barely able to finish one piece the dough is not crispy as asked and no sauce on it the cinnamon sticks were not cooked enough the dough is still white

I ordered a pizza and asked them to square cut it, and I guess whoever was cutting the pizza accidentally started cutting it normally so instead of just giving it to me that way anyway they made another pizza and square cut and gave me the one that they originally started cutting normal! Also they are always so friendly. Best experience ever. ??

As I was waiting my turn in line, I was able to look through a little window on the door that led to the kitchen. I watched numerous employees taking food out of the oven and putting it into boxes with no gloves. Not only that, but they were TOUCHING every item as they were putting them in the box. When I got to the front of the line, I told the representative about it. He said they should know better than to do that. I told him that I saw him do it too after he was up front touching the keyboard and everyone's payment methods. He offered to remake it, but I declined. Other customers heard this interaction and left without their orders.
