Pizza Hut Express

Ordered our food at 530, delivered at 630. It was contact less so when I got my order inside my husband noticed we received the wrong wings. Called them, they said "Oh yeah we have them right here, we will have them to you in 15 mins." I called an hour later and am waiting on hold for 30 mins now, with NO ANSWER.

Clean store, great hospitality, excellent pizza

Food quality has declined. Pizza with very little sauce, very few toppings. Wings with almost no sauce. This has happened on my last couple of orders. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

After waiting over an hour for my pizza, I received 1 burnt pizza and both were cold

After leaving pizza hut we went to moto mart for some soda. We came back out to see our pizza had been stolen!!! Someone opened the door and stole it :( I called pizza hut to place our order again, everyone was so nice and they offered us discount!! Of course our food was amazing also!! Thanks again guys!

You really need to stop offering to do fundraisers for schools if you cannot handle the extra business. I sat behind a car in the drive thru for 35 minutes to pick up a pizza that should have been ready 40 minutes ago. I finally had to walk up to the window to see what the problem was and my pizza wasn't even ready yet! This is totally unacceptable. I cancelled my order because I have a hungry family and have no clue how long I was still going to have to wait. I just hate it for the schools that won't receive any profits because of your terrible business skills. We go here for convenience, but will likely just take our business elsewhere from here on out.
