Stop going here hoping/thinking wanting that old Thang back because it's not here!!! The food and it's staff are consistently disappointing. Management does not care so I caution your optimism.

This location has had chronic issues with keeping staff. There's signs that's gotten better as I've consistently gotten my spicy chicken sandwich for a while now. Before it was 50% chance they were open and 50% chance they had the sandwich. Popeye's is the best fast food around. Hopefully the management has addressed the staffing issues. Gotta have good people working there and got to take care of them. Otherwise you're losing money.

It was 4:45pm on a Thursday, they were out of chicken and said it would be 45 mins. All while the cashier hung out the window cussing at us. With customers inside also, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!¡

I want to give this store a higher score. I REALLY do. But they have what I want less than half the time. Thus they get less than half the stars. It doesn't matter the time of day, they will be out of sandwiches. Whoever does ordering for this place needs to do better. You can never bank on this place to have everything you want for a meal. You have to have a backup restaurant in mind when you go here. That's not a good business model...

After waiting in line I'm glad I had some chicken with my mayonnaise sandwich. Maybe just put mayonnaise on one side if your gonna slap so much mayonnaise on it

I love Popeyes! Some of the best fast food chicken around. However, this Popeyes makes it very difficult to enjoy it. If you go at 7pm or later they're usually out of most things. This doesn't happen from time to time it's pretty much daily. They're out of staples like chicken strips, Mac & cheese, sweet heat sauce and the list goes on. I don't understand how they're out of multiple items 2 hrs before they close every day. I would understand if it was 30 mins before close. I wonder if the owners realize how many customers are leaving and cancelling orders as a result. This has been happening pretty much since they opened. I would eat there more often if they actually had food to sell :(.

This should be -10. Went to get chicken was told only on line orders only and it would take 30 or more min to get order. Only 1 that's correct 1 person working is what I was told. If only 1 working hope there was no acident that night.

I have not been to Popeyes in a long time. I really only came just to use the coupon, but I went through the drive-through. The service was really good very friendly, very informative and it was a decent wait time and the food was still fresh and hot. It’s funny because you don’t see too many of these positive comments that I really did have a positive experience todayDefinitely will be coming back to this location.

Was travel from SC to St Charles. Stop in this Popeyes for a Chicken Sandwich. The young lady that waited on me was born in SC and we chatted up a good bit about back home. Her service and personality was enough to convince to stop back in before we headed back to SC.

I can’t believe Popeyes hasn’t fired everyone here and started from scratch. Staff won’t acknowledge you, they don’t speak to you at all in fact. They shove bags at you and wad your receipt in a ball. I had to ask for my receipt so they found it in a wadded up ball and I crumpled it and shoved it in the bag.
