When at the window she didn't even look at me, told me the dollar amount, handed out the food with not even a glance or a "thank you* for coming by.We had 2 orders of food and 1 utensil. Did not ask or include butter or honey for the biscuit. Had a shrimp basket that was good but no butter or honey for the biscuit. The red beans and rice were ok, seems like they changed something.The spicy chicken sandwich was missing the spicy and the chicken was considerably smaller than the bun.The rudeness of the drive up window order taker was enough to ensure I will never go back.First ever unfavorable review for me but I do not recommend this location for a pleasant eating experience.

The new way they get around making delivery orders is to tell you they don't have any food for the orderWhat a joke, do the owners not care?Sad.Old review -With the people running the Popeyes in our area, i don't think they be able to survive to much longer. You can't run off all your customers or you won't have a paycheck.Why can't we put a sign on the door that says "lobby closed today" instead of making everybody park, walk to locked door, get back in car to go to drive thru. It is not hard to make people happy.

I've come a few times because it's so close or else I wouldn't have went back the extra times I have. It says a lot that I've only been here a hand full of times and just within that handful the experience has been mostly rude or them literally just not wanting to work like saying they have to close down during shift change for over 30 minutes (I called another location and verified if that's a thing and it's not) and in general thry have more hold ups. ...not just because they are cooking fresh, but a hold up. It sounds like door dashers don't even like coming to this location either. It's a shame. Can I sue for the service being bad for so long???? My times there have been spread out nearly over two years and I'm not shocked by all the horrible reviews but the fact that this has been going on so long its disgusting and means calling in does nothing, I won't even be contacting Popeyes on this, they do nothing, maybe it's the city of st. Charles i need to contact, Either way my sister is a lawyer for businesses and will be able to tell me if it's a thing or not, need it start as a petition, I will find out.

I received a order for pick up and delivery at 11:30am. Arrived 5 minutes later only to be told they had NO chicken and it would be 20 minites!!! They open at 10am and at 11:30am no chicken ready? WOW!

Went there bout 11:30 today after repeated my order 3 times at drive threw pull up an asked another 2 times. told out of large cups again so had to just take the med drink. had a spicy chicken sandwhich. gave me a regular one got home took bite ice cold an rubberery. spit it out an know throwing up. health inspector needs called on this place!!!’

Walked in to the people in the front giggling and carrying on like we weren't even there. Said good afternoon, and they ignored us and kept giggling. I told my wife we would go somewhere else as the two ladies on the front line were messed up. I would suggest some drug testing and some training to hopefully attempt to fix it.

went tonight, waited for 15 minutes in line after being asked to wait. then proceeded to not say anything to me as i tried to get their attention to take my order(when there was not anyone in line or in store) and completely ignored the fact we needed served. this was over an hour before the store even closed. very disgusted and disappointed at the fact i had to wait to not even be spoken to. i will not be returning and am very upset i wasted gas just to not even speak to anyone.

We used to love this Popeyes. Unfortunately in the recent few months every time we order from here we are either missing entire items, the item is wrong, undercooked, and if we order a large side they only fill up the container halfway which is essentially a regular size side but still paying for the large. I would try a different Popeyes and avoid this one

The lady this evening who rung us out had great customer service! The men in the back and working the drive threw seemed ready and friendly. Most importantly the Red beans and rice was Soo good .Chicken soo good ! Thanks yall employees tonight for being there for our family's dinner .
