Came in to get a quick bowl. And the fantastic team that works here advised that it will be a 20-25 minute wait as they are making a 40 item order. One order of one bowl will be too complex to interfere with the science of making bowls here. This used to be one of the best locations in the area. Oh well.

Tried chicken bowl with taco shell. Taco shell is crispy and very tasty when mixed with rice and chicken with spicy sauce

Don't waste your time with this place. I was just there today and was second in line. After waiting over ten minutes I was up and the folks making orders decided to do a lot of online orders instead. I really felt not valued as an in store customer. So I left. Save yourself the time and go to Crazy Bowls or something else instead.

I ordered a fountain drink with my burrito bowl as I wanted a lemonade since I don’t drink soda anymore. When I informed the staff that the lemonade was coming out as water, they said they were out and wouldn’t be getting any in until tomorrow. So they knew there was no lemonade and failed to put a sign up.
I had already paid. Since the only other options were soda, I wanted a refund for my drink and they told me no. I informed the worker that I would be disputing this with my bank and was cavalierly dismissed!
