Good place was clean friendly, one thing I noticed that you had 3 employees on the floor. One of them were talking to some one while the other two were getting behind had online orders come I had a big order I was placing so they had to multitask to get the job done, when they could have had the extra hand it would have went a little smoother the lady that made my food was awesome nice portions and the food looked good over all it was a good stop in

Clean & Quick. Every time I come here the vibes are awesome and so is the food. I also came in the last 20 minutes and she was still nice and the good was hot

Worst Qdoba I've been to. I ordered an adobo chicken burrito and received zero chicken. This burrito is only rice, black beans, and fajita veggies. When I came in to pick it up the staff did not even look at me, rather continued to carry on a conversation in which they were openly complaining about a customer who was sitting down in the restaurant. Please save your money and go to a different location.

It is rare that I give a single star. I am appalled at the lack of help or sheer lack of willingness to help. I just placed an order and when I got home with the two bowls, there were quite literally 6 SINGULAR pieces of meat in each bowl. When I called to ask if there could be something done about this issue the manager told me "well the policy is one scoop of meat." I told her I understand that but unless your scoop is the size of a teaspoon, that was not close to a full scoop of meat. She then refused to do anything about it, saying I should have come and brought it back and "maybe" she would have replaced it. Why should I need to do all of that on my time when I was not the one that made the mistake. When I called back to get her name, she refused to give it to me and I said I wanted to reach out to customer service and leave a review, she said "good luck with that, we are a franchise." I will NEVER be back to this location, maybe not back at all. An absolute lack of customer service does not bode well for their location. No wonder they don't have a good rating.

Sad to give a low review of my favorite fast food place. However, this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been unimpressed with the service at this location. Tonight when I was waiting in line I saw a worker drop a food tin on the floor the proceed to use it to put fresh food in the tin and on the line. Next, an employee dumped the bag of queso directly in a tin and it did not seem fully cooked. As I was ordering I got the impossible meat because I am vegetarian and the employee gave a disgusted look and proceeded to use a spoon from the ground beef to scoop the impossible meat. Not sure if they were understaffed, there were four people. Will be going to the highway K location from now on.

-when we walked in all three workers ignored us and kept doing whatever they were doing at the time (one of them was doing nothing). The line was 6 customers deep before anyone was served.-there was no tea, lemonade was watered down-burritos were barely rolledWorst Qdoba I've ever been to.

2nd time now I've come in for a veggie bowl and they're out of fajita veggies. I was here almost 1.5 hours before they close and it looked like they were already closing up most of their ingredients. Poor customer service, nobody cares.

I love the food just not this location. The employees don't clean. They are fixing plates and food is everyplace. Looks as if they had a food fight. Food on the floor all on the counters. They seem annoyed that you came in. I hand them one star. The health department should visit here asap.

Check your milk in the kids meals. Over a month expired! Made the phone call to inform them but figured better post to make aware since the workers aren't obviously checking

This place is always busy here. I came to do a big lunch order for a client but they had me waiting for half hr. The guy manager with ponytail was short staffed or nothing stocked from night before so it was a mess. He was upset. Gave complimentary stuff for being out of guacamole which was appreciated.

Unfortunately I just had the worst experience here. I ordered in the app (needs a bit of work) and arrived at 5:58pm between the 5:52-6:02 time slot. There were 5 workers including a manager. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. I worked at a similar establishment C******e in college so I understand how the process works and not everyone is trained for everything. There were so many people waiting in line as well as 5 on average waiting for pick up orders. I waited until 6:35 when my food was ready. I wish there would have been better communication all around. I'm just really disappointed to wait 35 min when we ordered ahead to not have that happen.My suggestion would be...Grill- Keep cookingRegister- Stay on register and also help grab items from the back fridge to help on the lineManager- App orders2 on line- Stay on line and help each other replenish the food

Why order ahead if they are going to make everybody in the line food before they start any online orders. Might as well get in line even if you ordered in advance so you can say \\\"is it my turn yet\\\" I won't mention all the trash on the floor. You have to accept less orders or your inspectors will have you take 0

I feel as if they need to train their staff a tad bit better. She even asked her coworker how to do it and they never helped... Service is decent but could definitely be better in my opinion.
