I really can't believe that I'm saying this because all my past experiences were so nice in the past but this place 2 times in less than a month had rude customer service, food not so good . Older employee lady walks in looks crabby , staring at us rudely while we placed our order ( maybe she didn't realize her body language face expression but just stops at register to watch like someone did somethingto her was to weird ) ,employee reaching over our food trying to mess with beverages squeezed in between us impatiently. As we were leaving i hear cursing from the back and front near beverages it was employees we were the only customers sounded like a loud argument . ( I am ok with curse words but this was not a happy moment with who ever was saying them or just in regular conversation) . 2 times my partner and I got weird vibes and the place was very dirty not many people dinning in them 2 days . No friendly smiles no welcoming feel , alot of tension in the voices and faces . I will definitely change this review once service is changed. Please just go back to the happy chill place our family liked in the past.

The best in roast chicken tenders
Typical Cane's. Great chicken strips and fries. Love that Canes sauce. Standard atmosphere. Had an unusually long wait this time, but it wasn't terrible.

Not a bad price. Would be cool if they sat the lemonade out for refills.

I love the product and normally the service is good. This time, I made a large order (25 boneless strips) at the drive through window. I was told to pull into the front of the building and it would be brought out. 35 minutes latter, I went in and they never pulled the order. Five minutes later, I had my order. The manager gave me a gift card for free box combo.

Bad experience didn’t get the chicken, drive thru lady was very rude. Todd should be disappointed as well as Cane number 3
The most bland and flavorless chicken I have ever eaten. I don’t understand why people choose to eat here. The only time I decided to try it i was very disappointed. I would rather eat Tyson frozen chicken tenders 💀

The food was piping hot as allways but there was a few issues, the wait was not like any other canes I have ever seen before, waiting about 45 min for 1 box combo while there are only 4 to 5 people there, though the food was perfect it was to long of a wait
