I got the Alfredo con Broccoli (added nut meat to it) and a lavender latte. Both were delicious and got out to me pretty quickly. The folks were kind and patient with my questions and the atmosphere was pleasant, quirky, and slow-paced. I really enjoyed my time here! Definitely recommend if this is your vibe! :)

The most amazing environment for relaxation, lots of spiritual books and esoteric books. They have crystals, games and lots of vegan options as well as juicing and herbal tea options. You can customize your food how you like it oh annn…. The walnut meat nachos are thee best!
First and likely only visit. I was so excited to find a vegan restaurant with so many healthier options! Immediately prior to ordering I was told that they were out of chips. I was going to order the quinoa bowl which came with chips so instead I ordered the chickpea tikka masala. It tasted like tomatos minus the cauliflower rice. Or maybe there were a few crumbs of it swimming below the leftover tomato liquid which were indistinguishable. I’m almost sure there was no coconut milk or jalapeño either. What prompted me to leave a review was that there were roughly 5 - 10 chickpeas total in the bowl! Seriously! I wish I took a picture! Was I supposed to bring my own chickpeas to add to the dish?!? The zucchini was great since that was the star of the show. I have zucchini at home so next time I’ll just eat that and not visit here for a main dish. Too much to pay for a dish that I literally slurped up through the straw at the end because I was still hungry due to the lack of chickpeas. Takes too long to park to leave hungry as well! The balance juice was pretty good though!
Vegetarian options: It seems that their drinks may be best.
Parking: It’s a popular street which is often busy. I drove around the block 3 times to get a spot a couple of buildings away. There is a parking lot a distance away behind the buildings across the street though if you don’t want to drive around the block. Another patron came in and mentioned the difficulty parking as well.

This place is SO cute and everything is vegan and gluten free. I wish we had tried a latte or a smoothie but some of the food we got unfortunately tasted pretty bad. We aren’t picky but the breakfast burrito bowl was awful bitter slop and the Mac n cheese was very bland. The pesto pasta was good and the Mediterranean sandwich was I decent. I am let down because as a vegan it is hard to find good food on the go and this isn’t great representation of vegan food and might turn people away from a plant based diet. That being said, the staff were adorable and so sweet. If they figure out their menu this would be a 5 star!!
I really enjoyed this place. Came in here with my veeg cousin and immediately was impressed by the ambiance and the decor. It was a very welcoming environment and we felt right at home my. It is so visually appealing and there is so much to look at and experience in the space. They have a big menu with lots of variety and many options for whatever you’re feeling like we got plant-based mac & cheese which I thought was OK. We also got the vegan nachos which were actually pretty good. I’d say four out of five stars, the service was very polite and I really enjoyed interacting with the staff. The space was very clean and well organized and inviting. Restrooms were well stocked and clean. I thought it was a pretty good value. Can’t wait to go back.

This was our first visit to Heartwood restaurant. Upon our arrival there were two staff members behind the counter. Neither acknowledged our presence so we found a table and sat down. After several minutes still nothing from the two ladies behind the counter. So I went up to the counter to inquire as to how does a patron place an order does someone come to our table I then told that I can order at the end of the counter. In the interim nothing about the menu was explained. The staff was NOT welcoming at all. We placed an order because we had been told the food was very good but they failed to tell us about the bad service. If this is a self-service venue perhaps you should consider a sign at the entrance giving directions to new patrons. The food was great! We both were disappointed that at 1:45 pm on a Sunday you were out of cheese cake. Nevertheless, the staff could use a refresher course in Customer Care 101 because they failed miserably.
