As Plus members the store hours in the door say they open at 7 am, we'll I guess they don't do as they say. It's 1/4 after and here we sit the employees coming and going and they haven't opened the store. This is ridiculous! Pay extra for better benefits and then you don't get the benefits you're paying extra for. They already have the worst customer service next Walmart and now this. Maybe it's time to give Costco a try.

The price of gas is good and causes the line to get gas are very long so you think Sams would keep ALL the pump in operation. And go back to putting a stick with a flag in front of the pumps not working so people in the back of line know. YOU USE TO FO THIS.

I like this sam's club location which is the only reason I'd recommend it. The only cashier this morning (11/25/23 8:28 am) was a total grinch. She was just rude for no reason. Why subject customers to someone so unfriendly? Put her on stock if she can't be basic polite.

I just left Sam’s St. Charles MO.Only 3 self checkout & 2 cashier lanes were open.All lanes were backed down the aisles.I approached the attendant, Carla.She was rude & said she the others were broken

I love Sams club. They always have what I want and more. They are well stocked most times and the store is clean. The cashiers ( yes they have them) are friendly and helpful. I recommend

Don't shop at this store!!! They have an active mouse infestation! And the fresh fruit is mostly moldy when closer to the ground because they just stack the fresh fruit on top. If you find any holes in your bags or boxes replace them with a new one because the mice like to eat their food. As a former employee I hope you can trust me

Tire and Auto -The WORST customer service I've ever encountered! I told them to keep their tires. I am in the process of cancelling my Sam's Club membership and going to Costco. Im never giving them another dime!

I needed a special cake for a special occasion. I got a round vanilla cake. It was delicious! It was decorated even more beautiful than I expected. I brought it to the event like it was a million bucks! Everyone raved! Thanks to the great bakery department!

Wonderful prices. Plenty of parking. Staff is always helpful. Ambiance is great. Great selection of meat. Almost always have tasting available. Different things each time sometimes food, sometimes drinks. Was great today because I got to try 2 different kinds of alcohol. They were responsible and checked ids as well made us sign a sheet to make sure we were not getting over served.

We shop here weekly. On one trip here ,I lost my new Mercedes keys .To replace it would cost hundreds . I was more worried about the car being stolen. Apparently a common event in St Louis area. The two employees that assisted me in the search were great.I checked back often . After 2 weeks had passed I received the phone call that some employee had found them. It was Just in time ,I was about to order a another set. Every time I walked into Sams in that 2 weeks. They addressed me about the search as soon as they saw me.. My special thank you to Alicia Johnson and Latisha (Tish). Also a thank you to whom ever found them. Aside from this most all the staff is very polite and helpful..Thank you, Jill and Tom

During the month of January 2023 I have had an unfavorable experience with Sams Club. The carwash at this Sams Club damaged my Honda Odyssey. It damaged it to the point where it needs to be repaired at an autobody shop. It put a 4 inch crack in the passenger door. When I told Sams Club customer service about the incident they told me, "Sir, do not worry we are going to make this right for you." I was told as of yesterday that Sams Club will not be claiming fault for the damage and there is nothing else they can do for me. I no longer have any confidence in the customer service of Sams Club.
