After our first visit, I know it definitely won’t be our last! Amazing food, friendly service and a classy modern atmosphere. All the fresh and fancy pasta, but quick and without cutting any corners. The salad and breadsticks were amazing. So many customizable options for pretty much any taste. Can’t recommend them more!
As a first-time visitor from Orlando, FL, I was impressed with Sauci Pasta! The hype about their daily fresh-made pasta and sauces is legit.
I ordered the Combo Meal, which was a salad, pasta, and a fountain drink. The Caesar salad was simple, the dressing had a great, tangy bite. I went with the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, but upgraded to the gluten free pasta. The pasta had that wonderful al dente chew you only get from fresh pasta, and the meatballs...

I had high expectations and Sauci didn’t disappoint! We tried a little bit of everything and all the dishes were delicious, served quickly and accurately. Nice atmosphere with kids, too. Will return!
