Normally I would post a photo but the food was so amazing I couldn't put it down for a picture.

I ate a Pastrami sandwich with a side of red beans and rice. Did I mention that it was incredible?

Great service and more than 100 beers on the menu.

This will be our new favorite! The food was amazing, the service friendly and helpful on a Saturday evening, the outdoor seating was perfect for the weather and adds a level of “Gemütlichkeit”. Get the Cuban sandwich - I’ve had my fair share of them and this is hands down one of the best ones I’ve ever ordered. Best idea our waitress had was to get the craw daddy/andouille gumbo as a side. You should ask for Stacy; she’s amazing!!

Shay’s completely blew us away. We stumbled in by accident one day, and it turned out to be some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Every single bite was unforgettable. The kind of place that makes you stop mid-meal and look at each other like, “Wait… is this place for real?”

If you get the chance to go—don’t hesitate. Just go. Trust us, you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back.

Bon Gou! The ribs were to die for, meat fell off the bone. A major yum factor was the hush puppies, they were sweet and crispy.

Not often do I rate very highly. Shays was amazing. We had BBQ sandwiches. Meat was tender and flavored well. Creole corn and okra was also flavored well and tasted fresh. The staff was polite and food came fast. Try it!

Went for dinner and it was pretty good. Decently priced, nothing on the menu to crazy. We had the etouffee which was really good and full of flavor. The only reason for not giving 4 or 5 stars was the brisket. Maybe its just me, but I feel like all the BBQ places around serve really thin sliced brisket instead of thick cut. To me it just totally takes the flavor of the bark away. It was still really good and I would go again, I just wouldn't get brisket. Service was top notch! Definitely recommend.
