Normally I would post a photo but the food was so amazing I couldn't put it down for a picture.

I ate a Pastrami sandwich with a side of red beans and rice. Did I mention that it was incredible?

This will be our new favorite! The food was amazing, the service friendly and helpful on a Saturday evening, the outdoor seating was perfect for the weather and adds a level of “Gemütlichkeit”. Get the Cuban sandwich - I’ve had my fair share of them and this is hands down one of the best ones I’ve ever ordered. Best idea our waitress had was to get the craw daddy/andouille gumbo as a side. You should ask for Stacy; she’s amazing!!

Shay’s completely blew us away. We stumbled in by accident one day, and it turned out to be some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Every single bite was unforgettable. The kind of place that makes you stop mid-meal and look at each other like, “Wait… is this place for real?”

If you get the chance to go—don’t hesitate. Just go. Trust us, you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back.
