My husband brought me here as a surprise. I’m from Louisiana and always missing food from home. I had the red beans and rice and it was really good. Nicely seasoned and an appropriate serving size. Definitely will visit again.

We were on our way to Salt Smoke after a day or shopping for a car. (Bleh) And saw this wonderful little place on the way. It smelled so good! Much better then the smell of dank weed in the used cars weed been test driving. Sat where we wanted. Staff was amazing. They didn't try to sell us a car which was a nice change of pace. The food was delicious. They have a pick-two meat entree with two sides. I got pit beans and potato salad which I haven't had since I moved here...

Good food but TERRIBLE wait staff!!!! Don’t sit outside if you want to be served! We wait for 25 minutes before we went to get our own drinks, 45 minutes before to get our own food , and an hour and 15 minutes before our saying our bill at the bar.
