First time I tried their açaĂ it was made by a younger woman who did it perfectly! Great consistency and more than enough topping to make the bowl worth $13. Today I decided to place my order prior to arriving. I live less than five minutes away and upon arrival, it was not ready, which I was fine with. I was looking around and saw that an açai base was in the blender container just sitting on the counter, not covered or anything. I proceeded to wait about five minutes and decided to walk outside to move my car. I came back and it still was not completed. I certainly thought that it wasnât my order that was still sitting on the counter because it wouldâve obviously been partially melted. The owner I presume proceeds to put everything in a bowl and sprinkle very skimpy amount of topping. I didnât want to make a scene so I took my order and went into my car. I opened the lid and decided to go back into the establishment, mentioning that my bowl has very little topping, and I would like to order some more in which I was still charged for. I didnât even make it halfway through the bowl and it is already melted. A fourth of it is going in the trash. I just think that everyone including the owner needs to have the same training as everyone else so that there is consistency with every order. Needless to say I will go back to visiting the 5th Street location moving forward.

food on their shelves that expired 6 months ago⊠lid was not on smoothie and as soon as my sister picked it up, it spilled all over counter. employee handed us napkins (since their dispenser was empty) and just exclaimed âohhh no!â. having worked in the food industry for years- that would be an automatic offer to remake. regardless if it was the customers fault or not (faulty lid so obviously not.)

I have been here multiple times and have been impressed however today not so much it is the worst smoothie if that is what you want to call it ever!!!! It had been sitting out for alot longer than just the time it took me to place my order and show up. I was going to call the store instead of leaving a review but their phone doesnât accept calls. For as much as these drinks cost they should all be good and an actual smoothie!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff was very friendly. I didnât have to wait long at all for my smoothies, and they tasted great. Every time I visit this location the staff is always friendly and the drinks are tasty!

I usually go to the OâFallon location and order the pb swizzle bowl. Itâs always amazing, Iâve never had a complaint. Today I tried the Zumbehl location, and it was the worst. The Acai base was so thick, like a super thick paste, and the rest of the ingredients were very skimpy portions. I couldnât even finish it because it tasted so bad, I ended up throwing it away. I wonât be going back to the Zumbehl location.
