food on their shelves that expired 6 months ago… lid was not on smoothie and as soon as my sister picked it up, it spilled all over counter. employee handed us napkins (since their dispenser was empty) and just exclaimed “ohhh no!”. having worked in the food industry for years- that would be an automatic offer to remake. regardless if it was the customers fault or not (faulty lid so obviously not.)

I have been here multiple times and have been impressed however today not so much it is the worst smoothie if that is what you want to call it ever!!!! It had been sitting out for alot longer than just the time it took me to place my order and show up. I was going to call the store instead of leaving a review but their phone doesn’t accept calls. For as much as these drinks cost they should all be good and an actual smoothie!!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all for my smoothies, and they tasted great. Every time I visit this location the staff is always friendly and the drinks are tasty!
I usually go to the O’Fallon location and order the pb swizzle bowl. It’s always amazing, I’ve never had a complaint. Today I tried the Zumbehl location, and it was the worst. The Acai base was so thick, like a super thick paste, and the rest of the ingredients were very skimpy portions. I couldn’t even finish it because it tasted so bad, I ended up throwing it away. I won’t be going back to the Zumbehl location.

First off, there wasn't good selections, so I ordered something I could like. I sat down there and tried the smoothie. It was good, but there was some crunchy stuff in the smoothie. I didn't know what it was. The staff is nice and friendly and it might have changed since it is about July 2021.
