Both my wife’s and I smoothies tasted absolutely awful. We stopped in before we got on the highway for a Nashville trip for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Didn’t turn back but called and got a sorry. That was all very very sad!

Alt Perspective Travel

I placed an order through the Smoothie King app. It was ready for pick up through the drive thru very fast. My smoothie tastes delicious and is loaded with lots of healthy additions for a powerful day! I got the Collagen Power Pineapple Kale smoothie with added Immune Support + Vitamin D, Metabolism Boost, and Organic Blueberries. The smoothie attendant at the drive thru window today saw my dog in the car and offered to make him a pup cup. It had a dollop of vanilla yogurt and a dog biscuit, he loved it! I thought that was thoughtful and sweet. Thank you greatly!

We walked into the store and it smelled like fermented fruit and had a bunch of fruit flys.. but that wasn’t that bad. What was bad was the employee that was on the ground sitting on her phone. We walked in she looked at us and then we proceeded to counter and she sat on her phone for another 5 minutes before taking our order. She was very good at multitasking because she was still texting while taking our order. She didn’t wash her hands and I probably wouldn’t have either because her nails were covered in acrylic letters in bright blue polish. Honestly I’ve never been treated so badly in my life and I guess it’s my fault for wanting a smoothie.. but slay queen!

First they messed up my order. Then over charged me. Asked for them to fix it. Their response was “sorry we cannot”. Really??? Make a little effort please.

I've been twice and both times the staff member had never heard of the smoothie I wanted. It was the same coffee smoothie both times, two different staff members. The first time I got the name of the smoothie off the website. She kept asking me to repeat it and describe it like I was making it up or something. Even so, she did a great job and it was delicious, so I went back the next day for the same smoothie. The second time, because of the previous confusion, I read it right off the drive through menu board (slightly different than the website but I was okay with that) and she was totally confused. I asked that it be made with espresso rather than cold brew, a preference that is asked for on the menu board and she didn't seem to know what that meant. I could tell she was still confused when she asked me to pull forward. Anyway, the smoothie I got this time was not nearly as good and had little pieces of a sweet chewy grainy substance that kept clogging the straw. Bottom line is it seems your store needs to improve its staff training.
