We walked into the store and it smelled like fermented fruit and had a bunch of fruit flys.. but that wasn’t that bad. What was bad was the employee that was on the ground sitting on her phone. We walked in she looked at us and then we proceeded to counter and she sat on her phone for another 5 minutes before taking our order. She was very good at multitasking because she was still texting while taking our order. She didn’t wash her hands and I probably wouldn’t have either because her nails were covered in acrylic letters in bright blue polish. Honestly I’ve never been treated so badly in my life and I guess it’s my fault for wanting a smoothie.. but slay queen!

I've been twice and both times the staff member had never heard of the smoothie I wanted. It was the same coffee smoothie both times, two different staff members. The first time I got the name of the smoothie off the website. She kept asking me to repeat it and describe it like I was making it up or something. Even so, she did a great job and it was delicious, so I went back the next day for the same smoothie. The second time, because of the previous confusion, I read it right off the drive through menu board (slightly different than the website but I was okay with that) and she was totally confused. I asked that it be made with espresso rather than cold brew, a preference that is asked for on the menu board and she didn't seem to know what that meant. I could tell she was still confused when she asked me to pull forward. Anyway, the smoothie I got this time was not nearly as good and had little pieces of a sweet chewy grainy substance that kept clogging the straw. Bottom line is it seems your store needs to improve its staff training.

100% visit this location a few times a week for a few years. My smoothies are always consistent. The staff is friendly and efficient every time. I love that they have a vegan option and hope they adopt more. They always give my dogs treats and I'm happy to see them even we visit. The app makes it all worth it too!

The people who take your order could be a lot more friendly. Everytime i go there it seems like they hate their job and are rude.

This is the best Smoothie King location. Consistent smoothie texture and great service. They never seem to be busy. I wish they could get even more business as the employees are always kind, smiley and helpful. I love how if you don't know what you want but describe flavor you like and goal you might have, they make really good recommendations.

I've been visiting a little too regularly for a healthy vegan smoothie. I've been served by various people at differing times. Every single experience has been good. That's so rare. They know what they're doing, probably made a mistake for another reviewer who gave them 1 star based on 1 visit. They've never made a mistake when I visit. They offer a dog treat and greet my pups. They're super friendly and fast. After 6 months of too many trips, I know what I'm talking about and really like this location very much.

Loved it! I can not believe I am almost 60 years old and I had never tried Smoothie King! Boy you have not lived until you have had a smoothie king smoothie. What I thought a smoothie was gonna be was a bunch of crushed ice with some flavoring. What I got was creamy fruit it was awesum. If you think all smoothies are alike well you have not tried a smoothie king smoothie. Go find one now!! Promise you wont regret it . I had a watermelon hydration. Then a pineapple. Strawberry & something else infused with multi vitamins. Awesum today I had mango apple & something. Oh just go get one!!
