I've been craving their smash burger lately! I'm not a huge Sonic person, but it's never busy, so you can run through quickly!
The wait is inconsistent. I was once told they prioritize door dash orders and had to wait 20 minutes for my order...yikes. But I've gone back and was satisfied with my drive through experience.

Omgosh. Took 1/2 hour just to get 2 shakes. Only 4 cars here.

Whoever works the morning shift should quit or get fired. No bacon was on the burger i ordered, all three burger patties were still raw, couldn't even finish the burger. And they put ketchup packets instead of hot sauce. IF YOUR ANGRY ABOUT HAVING TO WORK IN THE MORNING, MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AT ALL!!!

After giving my order and waiting in line for 14 minutes, food was cold from drive-thru and cashier told me I was just mistaken. I ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla shake with a pool of chocolate syrup on top. Very disappointing.

Management is non existent. Closed randomly. Stalls are all broken. Giant potholes right infront of the drive thru lane, super dangerous. Staff is trying their best but I'm positive the franchise owner is to blame. Food is ok but nobody cleans the bags or cups so it gets all over your hands and car.

Ordered an Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito and this is what I got? Wow! My wife's Jr. Breakfast Burrito had just as much stuff in it. Pathetic! I guess this location has no clue on what proper portions are supposed to be.

I can’t rate my order as I never received it. I used the app and followed the instructions to park in a covered spot and type in my spot # based on the order screen. The order screen was black so I pressed a button and someone gave me the # and told me they’d try and be out soon. That was weird. I watched 8 cars go through the drive through. The app said my order would be ready by 11:26. I pulled into the drive thru at 11:51. I’d been pressing the button and no one was answering - the app showed my order was completed. I explained this to the drive thru guy who brought his manager over. I said I wanted a refund and she said I’d need to do it through the app. I asked how and she said she didn’t know. She said my drinks were ready. I asked how long they’d been ready and she said 10-15 minutes. So instead of walking my order out they let it sit - a milk shake and slushee. They can’t assist with the app at all as they don’t know squat about it. She called her boss who said the same thing and then closed the drive thru window. If the little ordering spots cause you to wait 30 mins + for your order and really no one cares, they should just be drive through only. That’s all they can seem to handle. It’s a Saturday - staff better. They were getting everyone through the drive through perfectly fine. Customer service was poor and I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund for items I did not receive but that the app says I did. Very frustrating.
