I had a terrible experience at Sonic Yesterday. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employees were rude and unprofessional. The person taking my order barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed the whole time. When I asked to review the menu for one minute, I was met with no reply from the employee. Approximately 15 seconds later, the worker replied “ma’am can i just get your order…”.

When I received my items, it was okay. I pulled to the window and the employee simply said my total and then just gave me my items and didn’t say a word. I said thank you and then got the window slammed in my face. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be returning to this Sonic location anytime soon.

Hours on the website and Google say open until 9pm. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 8:40pm to all the lights off and no one taking orders at the drive thru.

They need to replace the drive through speaker, I just feel bad for them cause I know if they sound garbled I must sound horrible. No wonder it takes them a bit to get what I'm asking for.

We ordered 2 Sonic blasts and when we got home and started eating them, we discovered that the ice cream mix was sour! I tried to call the restaurant and tell them and no one would answer the phone. Hope nobody gets sick from eating their sonic blasts. We threw ours away.

My daughter and I just left the drive thru with a chocolate milkshake and a brownie blast. Both were made using spoiled milk!!! Ugh we are so grossed out. Bad!

Food is great, horrible service. We usually order on the app. We get in a stall, type the stall number in, and it says “oops, try again later” or whatever. I go to the drive through, and he just says “5 to 10 minutes.” We try telling him we have a mobile order, but he just ignored us. I love sonic, and I am disappointed that the only decent sonic in the area is ruined. Do not go here if you expect decent service.

I drove through to get 4 ice cream cones for my grandchildren. I found out that they no longer serve ice cream cones. In order to get something I had to spend $20 to get 4 mini “blasts” which was a small serving of soft serve with a few cookie dough balls on top.

I had ordered three Route 44 Cherry limeade and a medium cherry limeade in a order of jalapeño poppers I received two Route 44 Cherry limeade, a large and a medium jalapeño poplars with no ranch, However, I did receive ketchup with jalapeño poppers and when I had said that I’d order three Route 44 the lady who brought the food to the car was very unhappy about the fact that they had made an error and it needed to be corrected
