WORST SONIC IN THE WORLD !!!! EMPLOYEES RETURN FROM BREAK without washing their hands. They drop food on the ground and still serve it to customers. I was at the drive thru window and I saw a mixed employee SPITTING in someone’s drinks swirled it and put a lid on it. EMPLOYEES are immensely RUDE . Smoke outside the store. My food was cold after waiting 15 mins for my order to be placed and 20 more mins to receive my food.

I went to the drive thru and associate was rude with a attitude so I drove off without getting my order on November 1st around 5pm

This is an absolutely disgusting place. I’ll start off by saying I arrive to the drive-through was told to be with you in a moment. 10 minutes goes by during those 10 minutes. I’ve asked several times hello? no response after 10 minutes goes by. I pull up the window and the lady like hello can I help you? I was like yeah I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. She says well I thought I saw you leave. really that’s how we’re gonna treat customers. I thought I saw you leave.

This is one of those Sonic locations that make you never want to eat Sonic again. The super sonic burrito smelled like month old grease. Had 2 handfuls of sheese. 3 tomatoe slices??

Got our order wrong. Got a pretzel and when I asked for the cheese that's in the Picture on the menu. The lady proceeds to tell me they charge for them now. They did not have that listed. Take it off the Picture of your item if it cost. Definitely stay away from this location..

I showed up and 3 of there 6 stalls were out of order. Found one that works just to get let down with the worst crew that's worked here in years. I asked for a chocolate shake with the turtle nut mix and the employee explained to me how it's to hard to do so she couldn't do that. Then to top it off, some sad looking kid brings me a cup with ice cream and a weak excuse of turtle mix on top. They did not mix it. So definitely a 1 star crew. Fire them all start fresh. You can do better sonic

This was a drive thru only. Took 10 minutes to just take my order. Order was not right. Chili on Chile coney was still cold.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC!!! The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I placed a mobile order and was given instructions to park at a mobile pickup spot and press the red button to tell them my name well all of the Ordering stalls near the mobile pickup area were out of order so I had to park a little further away and when the employee came to hand me my food he proceeded to say in the most ignorant way possible that next time I place a mobile order I need to park closer to the mobile pickup location so he doesn’t have to walk so far. So I’m getting made to feel like it’s my fault that he had to walk an extra 15 feet to deliver the food that I paid for? like how lazy and disrespectful are these teenagers they hire because It’s blowing my mind that this location is still operating when half the ordering stalls are out of order the parking lot/drive thru is full of potholes and they can’t hire people that have basic customer service skills.

Wish there was more cheese cake and oreo in my oreo shake, and some understanding that there was no where to park and that's why the employee had to walk out to our car.

This location is a joke. I went through the drive thru and had to wait a few minutes behind another car before they just drove off. I waited at the speaker and even called out but got no response. I drove around to one of the kiosks and pushed the button to order. Saw the truck that was behind me in the drive thru also drive off and leave. A minute later a kid came out to tell me that the kiosk I’m at doesn’t work. I told him about the drive thru not working and multiple people have tried to order. He just argued they’re busy and other people are doing “ahead orders” and that’s what people were doing, it didn’t even make sense. I didn’t see anybody actually getting food. He wanted to argue like that was supposed to excuse them completely ignoring customers. He told me I could move to another kiosk and wait till they had time or try the drive thru again. I have never had such a rude experience at a fast food place. I will never go back and hope others are warned too.
