Came here March 30th 2024 around 6:20 PM. Got a small iced caramel latte that was essentially caramel milk. Doesn’t look like they put any espresso in it. Service was friendly at least!

Every time I’ve gone here, they get my order wrong. I’m not super picky but y’all come on. I asked for light ice and get extra ice? Petty. A friend used to work there and says they do it on purpose. I will not be going back to that

Excellent to outstanding. In & out of this St. St. Charles Starbucks every week. The servers are always great. Ms. Grace is very professional and helpful. I appreciate this Starbucks. My main Starbucks is of I-270 WestI simply love John and the staff there. But if I'm in St. Charles, MO, I will visit Starbucks on Fifth St. Capitol One Drive.I thank you all for keeping the establishment clean, staff kind and helpful and just amazing. Thank you, Ms. Rose Turner ? ♥️ ✅️

Wet rings all over the tables, the counter were dirty, the floor, the pick up area, refrigerator counter was empty also disgusting. they were out of a products that they were advertising. Thee man at the counter tried to substitute the 86 for something that was more expensive which they did not even try to honor for the price of the item that I originally wanted. The food is over priced for what you get. So going to spend more money to be in a restaurant that's dirtier than my house says a lot. I probably will not be returning to this store. The latte was decent. I do not normally spend this much on a small latte but what the heck I was there and that's all I will probably do.

Nice quiet place to do work relax or grab a coffee. It's easy to find right off main drag close to the casino. Only complaint the parking is a nightmare. The drive up the order window and the inside parking are a mash up of a mess. Great work staff always friendly.

If I could put a 0 I would. Went this morning before my shift at 5:30. I placed a order online . It was ready at 5:18 it said. Got there at 5:20. The door was locked. I stood there and no one opened the door just looked. Then Got to the window. Then guy literally just stare at me. After blowing the horn so may times. Isabella finally comes to the window and acts as if I am bothering her. I asked her for the guy name she said she can’t give it to me. Asked to speak with a manger . She says there isn’t one. I could’ve went there but I’m never gonna allow any one to take me there but these people tried it. Got to to work and finally drank the tea. And absolutely horrible. I hate jumping to race but I truly believe it played part in this. Think it’s time to part ways from Starbucks.

The drive thru is a mess. Parked cars will have a hard time pulling out when there are several cars blocking your path because the parking spots are really close to the drive thru. When I did go inside, the place is filthy inside. Probably not coming back to this one until they clean it up.

I was the only one at the counter and wasn't acknowledged or greeted for approximately three minutes. In that waiting time, I decided what I wanted and had time to decide if I should leave because I thought I wouldn't get service. One gal was getting ready to leave, and turned to another lady, asking if she needed to do anything else. I interjected that the tables needed cleaning. They were all gross, and I had to sit and get my remote work done.I wish I had left. My oatmeal was soupy and lukewarm, and my Trenta black iced tea unsweetened had sugar in it.Sunday, 11/19 @ 4:16 p.m.

I don't really think there is much to say about this post. I ordered the wrap and requested Sriracha as it was recommended to be a fantastic pairing. Opened the bag and just assumed they had forgotten it. So I wasn't upset and tried it anyway and halfway through my breakfast I found the Sriracha.........Just an epic fail. Definite safety issue.

My wife & I have frequented Starbucks from Key West to Hawaii. We have never ever been to a Starbucks where it takes longer to heat a chocolate crossaint pastry than to make 2 venti hot lattes...and much much longer (10-15m) so much so my lattes were cooling down. It appeared the food handler was coming & going from his station and was getting way way behind. I decided I would help out & said to the cashier that I would now take the crossaint cold so to save the store & us time. I then found out why there was so much delay. The food handler who had a pastry bag & tongs on his hand and was about 24 inches from a cold crossaint in the display case proceeded to recite (babble actually) all the reasons why he was behind and instead of taking 7 seconds to hand me a cold crossaint and say sorry for your wait...have a good day....! again proceeded to babble about that I would ha e to go to the other end of the store & he would bring a cold one too me. Frustrated I did go to the other end of the store where by the way a ton of customers were waiting for their warmed up products (while their lattes got cold) after another minute or so he came all the way over to the other side of the store where I was standing with a cold crossaint and smuggly announced my name and said "CrossIant" like he was delivering it on time or something and holding it out to me. I could not believe the waste of time & the attitude towards a customer that just wanted to save him time. I was a frustratedCustomer that now had a cold crossaint AND cold lattes. I said Thank You! rather loudly and grabbed the bag to end the experience....but Oh No! the Starbucks representative proceeded again to babble about he did notice the way I grabbed the bag...and I could not treat employees that way...and I made the comment that (other than the latte makers record- time buthey got cold waiting on this guy) they should not provide service this way. He continued to babble & I was tired of his attitude & obvious ineptness AND very poor judgement wasting all of this time as the store was so so busy. Taking 7 seconds & bagging me a cold pastry right in front of him & we would have both had a better day but his decision like his ood warmi g process management decisions caused at least another 5 to 8 minute delay for all customers. As a customer I try to provide feedback to the companies to know what is going on. Wife & I are still deciding how it will affect our future use of the Brand.
