Almost a year ago, I ordered a large strawberry refresher without ice like I always do. They charged me $1 for no ice & didn’t tell me about the upcharge. I only noticed on my receipt after. I have not been back to that Starbucks since & only been back to Starbs on vacation out of necessity.
