Fairly busy place at this hour of the morning. Walk in, and there are a few others waiting so I hang around and wait. Everybody's name is called every time a food item or drink item is set down. After a 7 or 8 minutes there's still a couple of us in there and names are still being called with everything. So I'm reading my email for a minute or two, and then I look up and I see a hot drink just sitting out there. So I go up and I'm trying to find the name on that and one employee walks up and asked if she can help me. I tell her yeah this drink is sitting here and name hasn't called and I'm trying to figure out if it's mine. At first she said Julian and I said no I was just sitting here next to the C, then she says is it Crazy? I say yes. You read everybody else's name off I'm standing here for the last 7 minutes and you don't read my name off?
I said well you made the top 80%. and she asked what? I said the top 80% that won't call my name out. The name is on my damn account. The name is on my checking account that pays for my drinks in my account. The credit card that I use to refill my account is in my name, the name on The coffee cup. So why do you pick and choose to call everybody's name out that's there for every piece of bread cheesecake sandwich coffee iced brew, but you won't call my name? Discrimination runs rampant at most Starbucks!!!!!

Avery was our barista at the drive thru and she was out of this world amazing. I used my birthday reward and after helping me out with the app, she offered my kids stickers, she wished me a happy birthday. We went late so I could enjoy coffee tomorrow and it was the best way to end my evening.

Has to be the slowest Starbucks in the area
I will never go to Starbucks again as long as I live because of the interaction I just had. I went through the drive thru and asked for a water. The employee told me to come to the window. She told me policy changed and they can’t give cups of water out unless something is purchased. I said I would purchase the water. She flat out refused. How greedy can a company be that they won’t give a customer a free cup of water, or even a cup of water for like $1? She was very rude about it. What happened to customer service and just helping someone out? I told her I hurt my back and that’s why I wasn’t going to a gas station and it would be really helpful. Very rude and told me she couldn’t do it. That is the final nail in the Starbucks coffin for me. Not another cent of my money will ever go to the Starbucks company. Terrible company, terrible “policy” and terrible customer service.

The Starbucks bacon egg breakfast sandwich has not only reduced in size, they only put a 1/4 slice of bacon on it.
That is not worth $5.45

Time 8:40 am,my daughter goes in this store and the customer service is horrible and the sandwich was cold after they sat on the counter and didn't decide to let her know it was ready.People do not spend your money here at this store go somewhere else! POOR customer service no Hello welcome to Starbucks when you enter at this store.No communication once so ever with customer at this store👎6/2225

Everyone at this location are the sweetest, most upbeat individuals.
Especially Kate. I frequent this location. The experience I have with the employes is stellar. Kind, professional, proficient and friendly. Their vibe is so joyful, it sets the tone for my day!

In line currently waiting and already knowing my coffee is 90% likely to be made with love and in today’s world hey that way more than I could ask for. This Starbucks and its workers are absolutely incredible and it’s pretty much throughout the day sometimes I come at 8am sometimes 4pm. Thank you for the little things Starbucks workers! Also the girl with perfect bun everytime is the sweetest!

The workers are so rude their suppose to be open at 5am and their not & they even acknowledge you to say hey where not open we open in sick in such just rude !
Ordered a breakfast wrap and made sure to order sauce at speaker just to be 100% sure I would get it and still didn’t . Also my wrap looked like it was manhandled and crushed
