I love working here! I think we do a great job greeting everyone and crafting their drink to their liking, and if we skew it up it’s on us and we fix it :)

Did mobile order at the airport, my coffee came up quick and I didn't have to wait in the long line. They have a barista doing mobile orders only.

All ice. I was excited to enjoy a latte this morning and this is the amount of ice that was in my drink. It took me about five sips to finish it. This shouldn’t be the normal amount of ice put into a grande drink. ):

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Today, they left my drink half made and sitting on the back counter. I had to point it out to the gals behind the counter, and they said that's what they do, make drinks halfway and then go serve other customers. That's the first time I've seen/heard that, and I've been to Starbucks all across this country.

I've been working in St. Charles for a month, and this Starbucks is where I come to work online, but when I'm in a hurry or want a to-go order, I go elsewhere. The other day I went to the QT just down the street for beverages.

And....tables need to be cleaned. Today there was mystery sticky stuff on all but two of the tables.

$33.00 for 2 coffee's 1 medium and 1 tall Got 2 sandwiches, one grilled cheese in 1 ham. And cheese croissant was in a hurry to get to work. Got to work and my ham. And cheese croissant, they put on chabata bread and the grilled cheese sandwich was not good at all. I should have checked my order right then and there, so I will take responsibility for that.

this is the best starbucks in the area!!! omgeeeee. the employees are always so kind even when they’re short staffed and busy, and my drink is the exact same every time. + they still have the good ice <33

Had a mobile order that said my order would be “ready around 1:12pm” I arrived at 1:14 my food was there ready, not my coffee so I did not mind sitting and waiting. I watched mobile order after mobile order being placed on the counter, none of which were mine. I sat there till 1:27 and the lady asked what name I was waiting for. I told her and she turned an iced drink around that had my name on it. It was not the drink I ordered and I told her my drink was hot not iced. No apology or anything and she quickly made the hot drink set it down and walked away lol… I’ve always had issues at this location and I try to give it chance after chance but that was my last time visiting this one. I’d rather drive to Main Street St Charles to the one off 5th street.

Everything is usually good but lately they are not taking care of the mobile order like the use too ordered 20 mins ago with a 10 min eta and was still not ready with i git there
