It's one of the better Starbucks I've been to. The manager is very involved and you can tell the staff is well trained. It's probably my favorite at this time.

What would be an otherwise great store has been ruined by the attitude of one very rude and unfriendly employee.I have been a good customer at this location since finding out about a few months ago. I would go each day. A couple times I ordered to a nearby location and I showed the employees at this location my phone to prove i placed an order.Today I accidentally did place an order to wrong location. But I didn't know I placed the order at a nearby location. So I went through the drive through to get my order. When I got to the window I was scolded harshly by a very unfriendly person that starbucks obviously made a mistake in hiring. This is not the first time I have had an encounter with this individual. There have been many. She is just not a nice person.The first incident was Christmas time 2022. My girlfriend and I had gone in the booneslick location and she didn't put the lid on well at all. My girlfriend took a sip and the whole coffee drink spilled on her. We turned around and saw this girl was laughing at my girlfriend for having spilled her coffee because the rude starbucks employee didn't put the lid on. This individual goes beyond rude and is an awful person to encounter when you are spending money with a business.

I had to wait 35 minutes then they made 1 of my 2 simple ice coffees. He then went to another order.
Incredibly slow, slow to the point where you just want to refund your drinks and leave. It took a good 20 minutes for our sandwich to come out and eventually had to just leave and get our money back for the drinks entirely. Do not recommend this

I was so hopeful for this location when it first opened but unfortunately it has gone downhill. I do want to say the baristas have all been very kind but service is really slow. It has taken almost 30 minutes the past few times to get my drink. It's very frustrating to see all the mobile orders get made and called out just to sit there while people who came in to order wait an extremely long time. I hope they can find a system that works between balancing mobile orders and in-store orders in the future.

Slowest service ever. There's a line onto the street at 3 o'clock on a Saturday. It's the slowest I've ever seen, it's worse than a Popeyes.
