We were helped by Thomas tonight he is a very charming young man and was working with another teenagers young man but I couldn’t read his name tag. Food was great service was great but I took a picture of your thermostat and it is currently 93 degrees in this building and has no business being open. Either they have the heat on or you guys have a serious problem you need to address but those poor guys are miserable and butting a smile on. It asks about bill below and it was $53 something for our ticket

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with customer service at this Subway location. I ordered three sandwiches for carryout and specifically requested for them to be cut into three pieces. When I arrived, none of the sandwiches were cut, despite the request clearly showing on the receipt. When I asked the employee about it, she responded rudely, asking if I wanted a knife, with an attitude. I was taken aback and replied, "Really?" to which she responded by saying, "Well, I offered you a solution, what do you want me to do?" It was clear she lacked basic customer service skills. When I called the store to inquire about her name, I learned that she was actually the manager, though she had already left for the day. This experience was disappointing on many levels, and I would advise avoiding this location if you want good service.

Ordered monster and chicken garlic foot long, both were spectacular and on time, fresh tasty ingredients as well as the other two beasts I got on two previous occasions. Not exactly sure what all the negative comments all about but this place is really great. I thought Subway was just another boring food from the past, they really changed my mind, i am there all the time now, especially when you’re on the run, they do really great job.

Absolutely horrible service, the kids behind the counter were serving their friends talking to them for twenty minutes while I was forced to wait for the order. Then, when it finally came time to order they made my sandwich incorrectly and they didn’t wrap the sandwich properly so that it almost fell on the floor while I was taking it home. When I called the store they did not even have a manager available to talk to about these kids not doing their job. The kids then offered to have me come back in to remake my sandwich, but I was not going to drive all the way back out there. They didn’t even try to offer a refund, most likely because they didn’t have a manager who could do that. This was just absolutely ridiculous to be disrespected lIke that.

Out of over 1000 contributions to google maps and this will be my 2nd bad review ever(that I can remember). I am in the top 20% of all of google guides' restaurants and bar reviewers. I have never been dealt with as bad as I was today in this Subway, There was a family that came in and left during the situation, because in their words, they had seen enough. I'm going from a 2 to 3 times a week customer, to never stepping foot in that establishment again. And she finished it off by telling me she couldn't wait for the review. I didn't even say I was going to leave one.... all because I ask how their day was going, she didn't respond, so I thought she couldn't hear me, so I asked again and she went off on me. Saying she didn't owe me anything and didn't have respond... Strangest interaction I've been in trying to purchase something and not complaining about anything

No manager on duty. Austin must be about 16 with his maturity level and competence. He over talked, didn’t even say hello, kept repeating “what’s the problem” in a rushed impatient manner. I let him know that the 6 inch we ordered was terrible. It might’ve been 6 inches long but it was less than an inch wide. There was another 12 inch ordered and it felt lighter than a feather. Didn’t provide imingredients ordered online. Simply were not on there, had 4 pieces of meat.Another footlong was the BLT, and there were THREE tomatoes. Rude Austin calls his manager who wanted us to bring food BACK up there for some verification???? Only then would they do a remake! If I had it delivered the first time, how am I supposed to go back after being post-op less than 4 days. I said I wanted a full refund…Austin refused. He then hung up on me. Not once did I scream at him, curse at him, behave rudely either. I do not do these reviews normally and the ones I do are usually positive! Not this one!! Didn’t even get the cookie my son ordered!! American Express is getting called for a dispute of charges!! TERRIBLE NON-CORPORATE location! Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Jungerman location!
UPDATE: GM CALLED, he says Austin told him that he was being screamed at and called names. GM says calls are recorded so I ask him publicly to listen to the call and to listen to Austin’s horrible behavior. GM then tells me to not raise my voice, which I had not throughout the conversation. He says we asked for only 3 tomato’s. Less tomatoes means not 15, but at least 5. I told him I have contacted AMEX, he then said ok and literally hung up. Hopefully he listens to the call. Best of luck to that location. Never again with that staff and management.

Ordered delivery threw the app and the food never came. I tried calling the store and they said they used doordash but since I ordered threw the subway app doordash wasn't responsible for the transaction I tried calling the store for a refund and the guy working was super helpful and gave me the managers number. I called the manager and he told me his phone isn't for personal use that I gotta figure it out threw my bank then said ima block your number and hung up on me. Super unprofessional definitely not going back to this subway poor management.

I go to the subway at Kisker Crossing sometimes because it's near the SSM Medical building off Kisker Rd 4644 S St Peters Parkway in St Peters MO 63304. I used to go more than now. I stopped going because you have to ask the employees to change gloves after using a few fingers on cash registers and touch other equipments and peoples cash money. Some of the staff would change if after asking with no problems. But some would try to defend why they are not changing their gloves. I stopped going there because of this. Waited awhile, went back again Friday the 12th and had to tell young man the same thing again. He started explaining he only used a couple of fingers on cash register. I still want him to change it looks better to the public. He changed gloves but why do we have to tell your staff to do this. Is it management trying to save their gloves or what? Bad business abd needs to be addressed to you staff.

The two blonde workers that are working March 19 at 2:19 PM were wonderful. I came in for a DoorDash order and I told them they canceled and they were very sweet about the situation 10/10.
