For a small strip-front restaurant what a hidden gem. The size of my party was 4 adults and 3 kids, we had a Titanic sushi boat [3 adults] at $100 well worth it. Noodle dishes and fried rice for the rest of the party were equally good.

I do not use the word presentation when describing food....but...it was presented very well. Plus!!! It was delicious.I had the Beef Rice bowl and my wife had the Chicken Katsu. They also have some of the best Crab Rangoon I have eaten. It is worth a stop if you are driving through St. Charles.

Our experience with sushi since moving to the non-urban Midwest has been so so. Until we came here. My husband is super picky about his sashimi and he is beyond happy. Huge pieces, very fresh despite it being Sunday, excellent flavor, VERY reasonable prices. I had the sweet potato roll and the pink lady roll (tempura shrimp) and deep fried spring rolls. Again, fresh, flavorful, and huge. Excellent service. Highly recommend. We live 2 hrs away but this is our go-to place for sushi from now on when we come to the greater St Louis area.

Food: AMAZING!!!! Everything was great. The soft shelled crab was fried to perfection and had the right amount of sauce to not destroy the crunchiness. Crab Rangoon was top tier. One of the best in STL. The rolls were fresh although the cardinals roll wasn’t rolled tight enough and kept falling apart. 10/10 would recommend everything! Maybe not the jalapeño bombers…not because they were nasty. They just didn’t put as much love as I felt in the other items.Service: everyone was super pleasant and inviting. They do not take long to service you at allAtmosphere: The establishment is small and with the food quality bringing is a nice amount of people it may be time for a bigger building or a different table set up.

we came into this restaurant with high hopes... the sushi was a decent quality, no overt issues with it. the salad was just romaine with a few slivers of carrot, and was so wet, there was a puddle in the bottom. the miso has a good flavor, but was disappointed at no seaweed. the yaki soba was the big reason for my rating; it was clearly not buckwheat noodles, but instead cheap ramen. the chicken was very tender, but almost spongey

We ordered the Maki (C), which was a good deal compared to ordering them individually. While it didn't quite meet my expectations, mainly because I had anticipated cubed fish rather than minced, it was still enjoyable. I did notice that some of the yellowtail scallion rolls weren't fully wrapped with seaweed, leaving the rice exposed. The Cardinals Roll stood out as each roll was garnished with a thin slice of ribeye, and I definitely recommend trying it. The presentation was nice, especially with the delicately drizzled sushi sauces. However, the rolls were a bit too soft, causing them to fall apart easily. Despite this, the sushi tasted fresh overall. During my visit, there was also an incident that occurred. Due to the air conditioner being broken, there was an oscillating fan in the dining area. When the waitress was cleaning up another table and walked past ours, some of the trash she had picked up blew onto our table from the fan.

We do not go out for sushi very often when we do go out for dinner. This past Saturday, another couple, who had been here before, suggested Sushi Boat as they had a great experience. We can’t you how much we enjoyed it. By far the best sushi we have ever had. The menu is extremely varied. Hence, it is easy to find something to anyone’s taste. We met the owners, who are very nice, and had a splendid time.
