Not responding to customers and making too much time to prepare the order . Worst store I’ve been to.

Food taste like it looks. Not appealing Nachos were chips and beans very little beef or cheese the chalupa had about 10 pieces shredded cheese and mostly lettuce. Terrible food DONT go there my lunch was over $12 for 2 items. Taco Bell you suck!!!

I placed a mobile order and waited in the lobby for 23 minutes without any acknowledgment from an employee. Despite knowing there were customers in the lobby (two small parties), the employees in the kitchen were loudly complaining about making orders. I can understand the stress if they were extremely busy, but there were no cars in the drive-thru, and only four customers total in the lobby.

It made me wonder if they were even trying to prepare food because the few customers in the lobby, including myself, were waiting for a long time without receiving any food. After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally worked up the courage to ask an employee about the status of my order. That’s when I found out they hadn’t even started on it and didn’t seem to realize it was in the system.

I also felt bad for an elderly couple who came in to place an order. The employee told them they no longer take orders at the counter, only through the kiosk. If that’s the policy, I understand, but at least offer to assist customers who may not be familiar with using new technology.

At the very least, there should be some level of professionalism and pride in your work.

One positive: the food tasted decent.

Did a mobile order here. It took 40 minutes to get my meal and the entire time the employees were yelling and complaining about doing the basic tasks of their job while they’re were customers in the lobby.

My husband and I went through the drive through. I ordered chips with cheese and the new cheesy dippers. I didn’t get the dippers but I got the dipping sauce and I didn’t get the cheese for my chips. That is my whole order messed up at this point. My husband went back inside to correct it and they messed it up again and just gave the cheesy dippers. No cheese sauce. We just left because it had already been about 20-25 mins at this point and I didn’t want to go back inside for a side of cheese. And on top of that the chips were stale and the rest of the food was mid at best

There’s always an issue with this Taco Bell. The workers are usually rude, it’s slow, and it’s almost lunch time but they aren’t open. Even though there’s like 5 cars outside the building. Not worth the time just go somewhere else.

We arrived at 11 AM last Thursday, lobby was locked and had to call them to open it.

After we entered we noticed that almost EVERY table had some form of trash or food on it. I assume done on purpose to discourage people from eating there.

When sitting there eating, we heard them talking about killing and other things loudly in the back.

Finally, add a cherry on top. The food gave me diarrhea.

Pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait. The person in front of me sat 5 minutes. I sat for 10 minutes and was never waited on. I got frustrated and just pulled forward. The car in front of me waited for their food. The car behind was immediately waited on. I just left after the car in front left. I'm guessing they're shorthanded.

The place is disgusting, the light in the women’s bathroom is out. No napkins, dirty floors. Horrible service.
