I ordered from the kiosk and after paying I was informed that their freeze machine was down, so I asked to have the drink refunded. The manager plops down $3.58 when the pre tax price is $3.79 when I informed the manager, she pulled $.20 out making the total $3.78. Still not even the before tax price let alone the full price after tax. The manager then told me that's what the computer told her. Since she wasn't going to give me the correct refund, I asked to have my full order refunded I'll just go somewhere else, The manager told me I could take the incorrect amount of money or they would call the cops. Well I was detained because I wanted a full refund of $20.21 as now I don't even want the food. No other reason then I didn't want to leave until I was refunded. What is this? The criminals now get to use the police? I thought the victim of a crime was protected by the police.

Vegetarian options: The night shift seems to always be high.

Your hours say "close at 2:00 AM". I pull up at 1:36, employees cars are parked and all the store lights are on.

No response at the speaker. I CAN VISIBLY SEE THE TWO OF YOU STANDING IN THE BACK.

If you don't want to work, either turn all the lights off or maybe don't work at Taco Bell?

Can we gave consistency with hours of operation, please. It would make sense if I pulled up at 1:59, but it wasn't even 1:40 yet.

Pulled up to order our food and the person came across and said it was only exact change or card only....we pull up to the window to get our food and we asked for hot and mild sauce...we we're told it was in the bag and it wasn't so I went back inside and ask for both hot and mild and was informed that they didn't have any mild sauce anywhere in the store so our actual opinion Taco Bell is not all that great right now this review might change after the next visit and if things are better if not it will continue to stay the same

Nope. I have a temperature sensor on my keychain. I walked in there, just a few minutes ago, and it read 58 degrees. It was ICY cold. Just...no. I don't care how good the food is, if you're shivering.
