They closed the walk-in service when we walked up there to eat. And they have a broken gate into the store part, making it more difficult when in a wheelchair. Yes, there was a storm, but it was well over by the time we arrived at 6 pm..

Multiple times I’ve gone and gotten “our machines are broke” or they just aren’t there. Says open at 10:30 AM but the workers are sitting in their cars smoking.

Good service when La'Shay is working. She's hard working and friendly. My food is done everytime I put it in, on the mobile app when she's working. When she's not I usually have to wait a long period of time to get my food.
Went through dirve through I ordered my food and when I got home over half the food was wrong the only thing right was the fires drove back and told them about there mistake they said they would fix it so I sat fo 20 to 30 minutes buy the time I got home my fries were cold. What are they going to do about that nothing they took my money and screwed me.

This Taco Bell location consistently makes the best damn quesadillas. They’re always hot to the point that the cheese is nice and gooey but no so hot that it ruins the meal, and there’s always a perfect amount of chicken and sauce in them, too. A+ give your cook a raise.

Really!!! Taco Bell is the only Fast Food Establishment that I will eat at, On New Town Blvd, in fact, its One of the BEST Taco Bells Around. But the last month has been Horrible. Manager Is very Unprofessional and mean to staff, I see her yelling at them ALL the time, Hear her screaming through the drive thru window, have even been inside and witnessed her being very mean to staff. And the quality and quantity of food has changed as well. Tonight I received wrong order. My order was $31, I got all the way home at 10 pm (no other cars even in drive thru) Ive been trying to call for 40 minutes and someone picks up the phone and hangs up, not even a Hello. They obviously are not that busy on a Wednesday night at 1030pm.
Service was great, it’s the getting the food correct that’s always the issue. No matter what you say at the drive thru, it’s always a surprise when you get the bag at the window.
