Was here with a couple of loved ones celebrating my birthday. The parking lot was full on a Monday with not one space available. We literally waited for someone to come out and leave to get a spot. Once inside, the staff was very friendly and considering how crowded it was, the wait was not bad being under 10 mins. On the way to the table, I mentioned my birthday and asked do they do anything special for birthdays. The young lady said yes, that they put you on a saddle and sing happy birthday and you get a free dessert. So, this was done for another table but when we asked our waiter about it, he said we don't do any of that anymore. He was totally friendly though, I didn't know who was misinformed but I didn't push the issue. I had a salad and they were so stingy with the dressing. I hardly ate it. The brownie tasted weird and the ice-cream tasted freezer burned. Also, the plate that the dessert was serverd on was not all the way clean because there was stickyness around the plate. I wanted to be polite towards the person paying so I didn't want to complain so I didn't send it back but I couldn't stomach to eat it all either. The porter house steak was supposed to be medium well but looked rare so my party sent it back. The rolls were fantastic! However, the cleaning practices were not up to par for an establishment of their caliber. The restroom is tiny and smells of #2 instantly smack you in the face (maybe better ventalation needed). I only washed my hands, so I couldn't say how the stalls looked. This was my first time coming here and I heard good things but unfortunately I will never be back to this location for different reasons. I will possibly try the Kirkwood location. Again the rolls and friendly staff was my favorite thing about my experience.

Delightful dining experience today, May 30th. Very welcoming staff. Salads, steaks, and baked potatoes were all prepared to perfection. Flavors were out of this world! We'll be back. We highly recommend.

Giving Texas Roadhouse , St. Charles, Mo. Bass pro location, a huge shoutout with thanks for their fantastic food. They have catered our church event for several years now . Their food gets rave reviews from our attendees . Julie and her crew do a wonderful job and we will be back next.

By far the worst location texas road house has and the join the wait list is complete garbage. Waited over an hour and a half to watch people pour in around from us even after we signed up with the lady at the counter for a second time to join the wait list for the second time even after being told 15mins to not be seated with even more people pouring in. So the app is junk and the signing in with the lady at the counter is pointless. Signed in at 334pm it's 5pm still no response from and original 20 to 30 min estimate.

It really saddens me that I have to write this because we have had great experiences in the past, but not today. It was super super busy and we had to wait for a while. However, I joined the waitlist through the app, so it was not that bad. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and once we were seated we ordered 2 ribeyes and 1 prime rib. First, the good: the service was excellent and the lady was attentive and super nice. This was the only reason why I still give 20% tips even though we had a bad experience on food. Now, the bad: we ordered all our meats medium rare, and the two ribeyes were rare when they came, so we returned them. Later, to our surprise, we didn't get new steaks. Instead, we got our old steaks reheated with a lot of charred parts on the outside. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You NEVER reheat the steak due to the risk of contamination and this was the reason why I had to write this review, hoping the owner see this and make sure it won't happen again.

At the time, we didn't want to make a scene and we did eat some of the steaks because kids were hungry (which was a mistake). After we got home, all of us, including kids, had stomachache and you-know-what later. Like I said, we always had great experiences in the past at this location and this is a first time we had this happened. However, it goes without saying, we won't come back again knowing the contamination risk.
