our service and food was great, but the manager on duty sat next to our table talking to a friend the entire time our server was drowning and needing help, my husband and kids sat without drinks for 25 minutes and the manager sat less then 5 feet away from us and didn't even offer to help. when our server asked the manager for help he made a comment about how many tables he had. the Manger ran some food then yelled at the server that a table needed silverware and asked him...read full review
horrible service!!! The waitress was clueless and was rude! she never came to check on us and we had to flag her down several times. we ordered steak, chicken salad and a burger and all of the food was cold. She didn't seem to care when we brough it to her attention. then when we got our bill we were charged $15.49 for the 3 regular sirloin steaks when the menu clearly said $14.49. TGI Fridays offers a variety of menu options. Customers can enjoy favorites like the fried chicken sandwich and the million dollar cobb salad. The restaurant is clean and updated. The hostesses and wait staff have always been prompt and courteous, and have yet to have anything less than a fantastic meal. Friday's is now once again a regular stop. However, the service wasn't so good and the food was questionable. The dinner portions have been reduced considerably, and the steak was overseasoned and overcooked. Bar service was slow and not friendly. Margarita wasn't a drink at all, just sweet and sour mix.
