❗️IMPORTANT (-1/10 )During my recent visit to TGI Fridays, I encountered some issues that significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. 1.Insects -I was alarmed to discover a bug within my drink. Such a finding not only raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards but also suggests a lapse in attention to detail in food and beverage preparation. A clean dining environment is paramount, and this incident was particularly unsettling, undermining my trust in the establishment’s commitment to health and safety. 2.THE PASTA that I ordered was very unappetizing, unappealing and lacked any flavor at that but I chose to remake at home. WHILE I hope this was an isolated incident and that the management takes appropriate steps to address these concerns, it has regrettably impacted my overall perception of the brand.In order To Enjoy better meals I suggest TGI is at the Bottom of your list.Thank you for listening.

Great place. The service wasn't so good and the food was questionable. I used to enjoy Fridays. Not so much now. Would highly recommend another place. Margarita wasn't a drink at all. Just sweet and sour mix.

Didn't Fridays used to have decent food? All three of the meals ordered wouldn't be up to par to serve in a high school. Service was painful. Very disappointing experience.

The jack daniel ribs were fire!!! And their drinks are delicious!!
I wanted to let management know that Alyssa ( The Hostess ) was fabulous, she was so nice and kind to myself and my elderly grand parents. She is a keeper!
Outdated and generic. Service is always terrible. Especially at the bar. The staff is extremely lazy! I’ve been in the industry for most of my life and am taken back every visits. (I do live very close so I go more often than I’d like but I can literally walk there. So I know this place well)
I don’t entirely blame the staff! The chain itself is a sinking ship! While apple bees is doing okay… all generic nothing special food wise and beers always flat or the lines are messed up and we are always told “most people don’t order that beer (mango cart) So it might taste a little flat” that’s absurd. Cheers

This restaurant has seemingly lost it. I have had two dinner pick-ups and two visits inside the bar in the past month. The dinner portions have been reduced considerably. My steak was overseasoned and overcooked. There were no condiments in the bag I requested (yeah, I rendered a 15% tip for pickup). Most recently, I suggested to a friend that we stop by for a drink at the bar. No one else was at the bar, and the restaurant had few people, yet the bar service was slow and not friendly. Check it out and see what experience you have.

Had great service and food on Christmas Eve and had an amazing non-fast food lunch on Christmas Day! Sad they were working but glad I could make it worth their while $$$!
