We were at Friday's for a family dinner and my HH group meets there every Monday afternoon. Food and service has always been good. We definitely appreciate Sean and Makenzie. They always make our dining and/or happy hour experience a good one.

I got a Cajun shrimp chicken late in day came home and two trips to bathroom all came out Not quite making it, so not cool upsettingI never have that issue. It didn't taste too spicy just bit dry not moist and I remember one shrimp tasted by itself had funny different taste but I kept eating only ate half. On way home my stomach was bloated up.. ?

I was really looking forward to meeting up with family and friends after work for food and advertised happy hour drinks. Our server told us we would have to sit at the bar in order to participate in the advertised happy hour. Wow! The place was absolutely dead! Food was gross, horrible service. Will not return.

The soup came out ice cold. The remaining food was luke warm at best. The Cesar salad was wilted iceberg lettuce. This is beyond terrible. Our server was nice, only positive

Came in Sunday for lunch. There were 8 tables filled with very low staff. They informed us it would be a 15-minute wait. Over heard the manager talking about being short staffed. I used to manage a restaurant, and there are times like this, but if you're feeling understaffed with only 8 tables, it's not a good sign. I just recommended to my family that we go somewhere else to not further burden them. We drove to Applebee's, which was much busier, but we were seated immediately.
The TGIF food I ordered was outstanding. More impressive was the professionalism of the manager and the staff. I will highly recommend this to others.

Kacie was amazing. We are a bit high maintenance when it comes to decision making and ordering, low maintenance everywhere else. Kacie handled us with excellence allowing us our time while also not keeping us waiting. Highly recommend the grilled chicken bowl with added sautéed garlic shrimp.
