This is just a ghost kitchen for Dennys, and the normal Dennys menu is honestly better. The burnt end sandwich is very dry.
Denny's has good food, and the meltdown sandwiches are good, however, the ordering system for the meltdown is stupid. It has to be ordered online and you cannot make any special requests online. You have to contact them directly. If that's the case, why not just combine these sandwiches on the menu? They made this harder than it had to be.
So beyond delicious and great portions for the price! Genuinely confused about the other review because I have had this food twice and it’s been the best food ever each time!!
Ordered for the first time two sandwiches for myself and my husband, the cheesecake and strawberries on pound cake, fries and ranch dressing for the fries. The woman at pickup was so rude, I just grabbed my bag and left. Got home to discover there was no ranch dressing and no strawberries. The sandwiches were barely toasted. Not golden brown like the pictures. The receipt said to notify Denny's if there was a problem with the order, so I did. I had to leave a message. 2 days later someone called my cellphone while I was at work. I cannot answer the phone at work, but later in the afternoon I by snuck in the back to call back. I had to leave a message. Two days later, another call while I was at work. I called back and left a message to call my work phone. The next day they called my cell phone again. This time I happened to have no customers around, so I answeredThe man was very nice and asked me about the order. He told me he would have to contact corporate to get me a refund. The next morning he called back saying they couldn't help me, I had to contact Door Dash. He WAS very apologetic . I didn't even realize I had ordered through door dash. I called them the next day. The 6 year old that answered the phone said there was nothing she could do because it had been more than 3 days! I told her it was not acceptable. They took my money for a product they did not provide. After the third time she said there was nothing she could do, I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said there was no way to transfer to anyone. I told her I would hold while she called someone. She put me on hold for a few minutes then came back and said the money would be credited to my credit card in 3-5 days. But, of course it wasn't. Now I will have to file a dispute with my bank. Yeah, it's just a few dollars, but it's MY dollars and it means more to me then it does to them. Horrible horrible experience with no one taking responsibility. A very expensive mistake for me and for them. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is nothing short of thievery!

Garbage food, doesn't match the image, they leave items off your sandwhiches and hardly any meat. Do not recommend.
Food is always good here and really fast! Right off the highway so easy to get to.

Banned! Served me cold coffee and my wife's phily cheese sandwich was cold. Come on foods that should be hot = hot, foods that should be cold = cold!
Was surprised it was a smoking restaurant. Waitress seemed very fazzled with our group of 12.
Colleen, serves decaf coffee to those who order regualar coffee. She also allows customers drinks to go empty. Shes nice, but thats about it.
