Abysmally slow service. Sat in their drive-through for over 20 minutes waiting for my order. There was hardly any staff there that I could see and the ones that were there were not very pleasant. When I finally got the food, the fries were cold and all of the burgers were smashed and put together crookedly. Not going back any time soon.

On Saturday 1/24/25 a black girl hiding on the side of the restaurant holding a conversation with co workers saw a line of 6 walk in, she stated they were out of food for a while and we needed to leave before she has to call the police 4:15pm! WOW! I was shocked. I loved White Castle until this happened. This was unreal!!!

I didn't know it was possible have anyone worse than the one in Orlando it's just definitely worse at least in Orlando they let you know they're not going to wait on you here you just sit and wait and wait and wait. And the price was absolutely ridiculous I'll be going back to McDonald's
Dietary restrictions: My wife has several food allergies. White Castle has very few options. A gluten free option means you get the burger with cheese in a card stock box with no good way to get to it to eat it. The lady behind the counter suggested a bun on the bottom which for a gluten allergy is not a very thoughtful answer. We won't be trying another White Castle.

They were busy and could have used another worker. The person running the drive-thru also ran the front counter. As a result communication was difficult. The wait time was long. They were out of ketchup and napkins. The overworked cook slammed the food down on the counter with grease on her hands getting all over the carry-out bag.
