There is no training on customer service. The words spoken via the drive thru service can be chalked up to employees who sound like they'd rather be anywhere else than where they are. The amount of time it can take will sometimes be what is expected and other times about 10x times longer. You can't ever go there if you are within any time constraints because you can't take the risk that it is going to take 10x longer this time.

I'm not much on white castle. But boy I'll tell you at 3 am. Nothing is open but then. So I give to them for being smart. And open. There chocolate shakes are so yummy. Amazing. I get 2 cause the 1st one goes down super fast.. you got to have the second just cause it's just right to do. Not that there larges is not small. They are perfect sizes. I just spoil myself. That's all
