I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! To the girl with the pigtails and long lashes, she needs to work on her customer service skills with that snarky attitude, you seem like you hate your job that much, and I just dont appreciate it. Thanks for the other lady who actually helped point us to the right direction, Bravo! 👏🏻

Don't waste your time. Simple $33 order for pick up.
They forgot an entire 10 piece boneless wing order.
The rest of the entire order was cold.
I did a mobile order pick up for 645 and picked up at 646. No reason my food should be cold.
Spend your money somewhere else, this place clearly doesn't care enough to provide even room temp food

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

Not sure why they have a low rating. I went Saturday. Service was great thanks to the woman taking orders and managing carryout. A lot of fun. Music was great. Basically clean. My 1st time trying Wing Stop food was fresh & hot!
Wingstop this is not ok! Ordered 20pc wings and these are so small that it cannot be legal to pay full price for these

This is a terrible more than terrible business Every time you go online to order they do not take ASAP orders and when you order at the store forget about it.You will wait at least 30 mins more like 45 mins and the most rude staff I ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place

Today’s experience was the last. Wingstop used to be my regular go to and my favorite stop for wings. After today, I will never stop or order from another Wingstop again. Tried to call in and place my order and could not because I am driving so I cannot place an online order. Walk into the store to try to order my food and I am told I cannot order food because the way it’s too long they’re not taking walk-ins. I asked them. How am I supposed to place my order? I tried to call he said oops he didn’t realize the location didn’t have a phone. The option was to place an online order. How do I place an online order when I am driving? I’m done with ya’ll Wingstop. Vails chicken and Sybergs too close for this type of foolishness .
