Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.
Wings were dry and overcooked.
I was really looking forward to trying Wingstop for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing from start to finish.
The issues began with the app, which made it very difficult to customize my order. Because of that, I had to wait and place my order in person once I arrived at the restaurant. Even then, it took about 10 minutes just to place my order, followed by an additional 35–45 minute wait for the food. The restaurant appeared to be poorly staffed, which clearly contributed to the backlog of orders and long delays.
When I finally received my receipt, I noticed my order was incorrect. Due to the number of people waiting and placing orders, it took nearly seven minutes before I could get back to the cashier to have it corrected. I specifically asked for the correction and was told it would be fixed.
After such a long wait, I expected my food to at least be hot and correct. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I was given boneless wings even after requesting the correction, the seasoning was so excessive that I had to rinse the chicken under running water just to make it edible, and the food was only lukewarm at best. I know this because I tasted it in the parking lot before leaving—not once I got home.
At that point, I considered returning the food, but I didn’t want to drive all the way back to the restaurant and stand in a long line again after already spending so much time waiting.
This was my first visit to Wingstop, and sadly it was not a good experience. I hope the company can improve staffing levels, order accuracy, and app usability so future customers have a better experience. It’s a one and done for us.

I scheduled an order for 945 last night showed up at about 950 when I arrived. The worker said that my food just came up and they were tossing the wings… The next 20 minutes I spent watching everyone who had came in around the same time as me or after me leave with an order, the screen had even showed my order status of being ready yet the worker insisted that my order was not ready. It wasn’t until 30/40minutes after my schedule pick up time that my order was ready , and then ready and my food was for sure overcooked… I asked the worker about the status of my order and she said she just worked there. She didn’t know and I couldn’t believe the order status screen. There was nothing she could do.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.
Was BAD right after opening the business.
Employees were lazy and whiny little boys.

New employees are fast, courteous and good at job.
Chicken was very good , and I wasn't even hungry....my son was.
The one young man went out of his way because I told him I don't hear well, and it was very hard to hear in the store in General.

It’s got to be the worst Wingstop in the Oklahoma City. Metro is Moore Oklahoma slow your food’s never ready when you get there.
I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.
If you are reading this, I highly advice you reconsider giving your money to a business that cares so little about wings and customer service. Please find a local wing restaurant to support.
I’ve been to this specific location twice, waited over an hour both times. The app says 15 minutes until ready. The staff don’t care to help or get you your order. The food was cold and mediocre at best. I will not be returning to this location or any other wingstop location.

Wings are fine but we have went two different times and have waited on both occasions over an HOUR with a pickup order. It’s chaotic and there is a major lack of training/management. Employees on their phones and not caring to do their job….would NOT recommend this location!!! Don’t waste your time.
