This is the only location I've ever been to and it is amazing! The staff is so kind and quick. We've never had anything that is less than great quality. It has become our favorite place for frozen custard by far!
I recently visited Andy's on Sunday Evening right before 10pm, and I'm not sure who was working in the drive-thru window but he was absolutely phenomenal! He confirmed my order and it was not correct, he confirmed with another employee that the order was already out, thus not wasting product, then he confirmed my order before preparing it while at the same time coaching up the employee who failed to close out some pumpkin spice order. Although he forgot the lids on...
The concretes are never mixed well . You get half way through your ice cream and it’s most just vanilla ice cream and all the toppings are sitting on top not mixed in . If you get a concretes with a brownie they used to be mixed in really well. Now you just get a whole brownie sitting in your ice cream . Not very enjoyable .
