Drive thru stupid slow only had 2 cars in front of me and it took 20 min to get my food, absolutely ridiculous, if a customer orders a insane amount of food move them to the front and take care of those who order normal amount of food, food was room temperature because they made it fast and it sat out while they were still making the first car large order. Just poor customer service. I won't be back to this location EVER!

No lie everytime I have came through here they have gotten my order wrong and even coming back after making my sandwich wrong then tell them still get it wrong literally every single time I have went through here. Junk!

Ordered for the family nothing crazy some classic beef and cheddar plains (×3) (×2 w/ fries 1 w/ peper bites and a nuggets kids meal 3 fountain drinks and a jamocha shake........got 3 horrible sandwiches with some ranch & Arby's sauce mix added to all of them. When inquired upon was told "that's the new mandatory recipe from corporate, we cant change or edit it at all", was also given a vanilla shake a size smaller then I ordered filled up 3/4th of the cup reasoning given "it's because it's gotta have that room for the whip cream (which still didnt fill the remainingroom)". First sandwiches were so bad had to order another different one for my son with a special request to only be given meat and cheese sauce.....instead was given a small plain dry beef & bun sandwich. Don't know if it was just the crew working tonight or what but they weren't busy at all or anything so idk wth.....just makes me sad bc I've been an Avid Arby's lover since I was a toddler and my mother worked as district manager of NWA Arby's until I was in grade school. Might give location another chance eventually but if close to a repeat will definitely make a point to avoid all potential possibility of wasting money to be so disappointed again.

I hate to be that person, but I came through the drive-thru and got the greek gyro, and I swear the meat was burnt. It was chewy, dry, and even crunchy at parts, nothing like any greek gyro I've had from arby's before, though usually I go to the one in Cottleville. Staff were nice, I have no idea what went wrong. I don't think I'll bother coming to this location again.

I stopped by here on 9/29/2024 and made a quick run through the drive thru. The girl who took my order was very sweet and professional. I get to the window, she takes my card and tells me my order will be up in just a minute. About 30 seconds later, the window slams open and it was the manager. I’m thinking she was going to tell me they were out of something etc, however, that was not the case. She didn’t say 2 words to me, she instead left the window open and completely BERATED the little girl at the register. I ordered Swiss on my sandwiches and I guess because it was a promo deal, the girl at the register didn’t charge me for the Swiss and she did not do it intentionally. The manager was yelling at her and talking to her TERRIBLY for about 2 minutes, IN FRONT OF ME. She finally turns to me and says, “she didn’t charge you for the cheese so are you okay with your sandwiches not having cheese or you wanna pay for the cheese”. I politely told her that I would like the cheese and that I have absolutely no problem paying the extra cost (it came out to $3.25). I gave the manager my card, while still watching this little girl behind her, who looked like she was going to cry. I got the managers name (Benisha) and here I am. I work in customer service and I would NEVER speak to ANY of my employees the way that this manager spoke to this young girl, ESPECIALLY in front of customers and other staff. This manager has no place in customer service and she definitely should not be managing people. To the little girl behind the counter………you did a great job and I would be happy to hire you.

Ordered from the app and food was hot and ready. Wish there was a way to make changes on the app, or leave notes. Like no salt on fries but have to ask when I arrive.
