Went to the Mid Rivers Mall location at 4:50pm and a rude black woman said they were closed.

The young lady that was working young lady was working behind the counter her hair was not in a ponytail partial ponytail her hair was hanging in her face while working with food very unsanitizing she should know better working with food you pull your hair back out of your face or Internet everything in a hair net

Waited 1 hr for pretzels and was super oily and cashier was super rude

Recently had a horrible experience, however they have gotten rid of the bad staff and made things right. The food today was exactly how is should be.

The service was terrible, the employee was sitting on the other side of the restaurant on her phone and said what can i do. She did not even make eye contact. She also did not fully listen to our order. The pretzel were still hard and not great.

I went there to pick up an order and employee was talking on her cell phone while preparing the order spitting on the food. I could see saliva just coming out of her mouth into the food as she was talking. She also did not wear gloves and had a very rude and angry attitude. Good thing order was not for me, but felt sorry for customer.

After telling the guy twice our order he got it mixed up. There was a line so we just took it and left.

My son and I came here at 7:02 literally and was told they can not sell any of the food in the container because it's hard and that they can not make any pretzels because they are done rolling. So my question is why are you open until 8pm if you do not serve customers until then.

Very poor customer service. Tried to order the football bucket with 1/2:& 1/2 . Told they don't offer that even yhe signage was there and it showed on rhe menu. If I could give them I a negative rating I would.

Rude. Acted like serving me was an inconvenience. Just gave me a dirty look and a quick what you want, handed it to me and turned her back.

The pretzel I got was hard as a rock. It was plain disgusting

When I asked nicely for new pretzel and that same woman who try be rude for not make new one or return money back. Don't make look like crap pretzel or burn pretzel that place. You guys need to know how to act nicely. You guys need do better make fresh pretzel. Is that how you making this crap pretzel and sell to customer while they eat this? You making people get sick!

T mobile Tuesday gave buy one get one free pretzel bites. My daughter brought home a pretzel for me. It was burnt tough dried out & disgusting to eat. Could hardly bite into it. Called to inform them of my opinion & no one answers the phone. Don't buy these pretzels at Mid Rivers Mall.
