My daughter was a horrible accident. She's already had 9 surgeries in 12 days. Twodays ago they removed her ventilator and she can talk. Today, she asked me to bring her Bahama Bucks for when she got out of surgery.
Staff is friendly and the product is top tier
SO good! Super soft ice shavings and excellent flavors***I do love this place but do NOT go if you are in a hurry. 1 person waiting or 10, you will still wait an average of 20min. I have gone 2x a week for 4 weeks and it's 20 min wait EVERY TIME. That is my only complaint about this place**
Always a good option and i have yet had a bad experience with the staff.
The only place that delivers on snowcones every time. I still haven't found the perfect flavor combo because they have so many good options. I have yet to try a milkshake / smoothie from them, but plan to soon. Our most recent visit, Sydney was rocking it between drive thru and in house. Will continue to make a monthly visit ❤️
We need more locations on the St. Louis side of the water. I would recommend a location in Boone's Cross or in the Olive Marketplace in University City/Olivette.

What happened to the silky fluffy white ice?? I use to get just white ice and it would be lighter than snow very soft! Now there’s no uniqueness! It’s just shaved ice! You can get from anywhere. Disappointed!!

I came in today and last week with my grandson and had a great experience both times! Sky, who was serving me, was very friendly and attentive and helped me find a flavor i would like. Last week, there were a few girls (one was Karly I believe) that were training and seemed new but were very kind and helpful. Customer service is always great, and the shaved ice and smoothies were delicious and 100% worth the sometimes longer wait! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
