Clean, bright atmosphere, friendly staff, I've dined at other Bandanas, and the food at this particular one was good, just not as good as others ive ate at.

The food was great. I got one brisket sandwich and two sides, that's it. Everything was ordered online, it said the food would be ready at 7:03, but I didn't get my food until 7:20. All in all, it took 30 minutes from placing the order to it being ready. My concern is that if the order ticket says it is going to be ready, the restaurant should have it ready by the specific time. Or have some extra time built in on the ticket time. Otherwise, customers are waiting on their food when it's a carry out order.

Wanted burnt ends but had chicken instead

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Love the budget options on the menu! The brisket was great but over half of one portion was fat and wasn’t eaten. Garlic bread was amazing and loved the variety of sauces they had. The sweet and smoky was our favorite!

my fiancee and i LOVE going to bandana’s. our food is always amazing, and they’re super quick with it. there’s never much of a wait. however we had an experience last night that made us rethink ever coming back. we had Lori as a server, and it was the worst experience i have had at bandana’s. i understand that servers tend to want to sweet talk their way into a bigger tip, but she kept badgering us like an annoying grandmother, despite the fact that we were very obvious about not wanting to have a conversation. we were trying to enjoy a meal together, which is something we don’t get to do often with my fiancées work schedule. but that part wasn’t so bad, it’s even understandable. the part that i don’t understand is how Lori thought it was okay to comment on how much/how little my fiancee and i had eaten. she did not pay for our meals. she does not know our history with food. she is a stranger with an opinion she needs to keep to herself. i am recovering from an eating disorder, and the words that came out of her mouth were extremely hurtful and triggering. because of Lori’s behavior, we will likely never come back to bandana’s.
i wasn’t going to say anything, but i’ve slept on it and it is still bothering me this much. i just want others to know, so they don’t have the same experience i did.

Really great quality BBQ, my favorite is the pulled pork sandwich and a baked potato ? We had Emma as our waitress and she’s awesome! Best waitress I’ve ever had! ?

I enjoy most Bandanas BBQ spots and, in particular, the one in St Peters . This location, for some reason, this visit and prior the food is not quite as good. A bit colder on the meat and over cooked. Plus, the server in plain site used his hands to make the side salad. He was perspiring so badly and wiping his sweat with his hands we didn't eat the salad. We'll stick to the St Peters location for now on or the other BBQ spots around.

TRASH!
Was told a 20 minute and waited nearly 45 minutes while they filled call in orders !!! Ignored the people waiting. When I spoke up they say d I was rude!!

Went to pick up dinner of burnt ends for my husband and myself. Worst meal ever. These were not burnt ends. 1 inch cubes of 75% fat and
25 % pork. Will never go back.
