Been on hold forever. Looks like there way of dealing with things is just to wait for you to hang up. Never again will I order from these people. Horrible better to order from Amazon. They got a 5 out of 5 rating when looking at the recommendations of the 31 people who do. What about the hundreds who don’t?
my Nook has not worked in 4 months. customer service hangs up after waiting forever to answer. store managers are rude and refuse to even look at my nook. you are all useless. i have tried everything online tried chat. nothing!
Horrible place will never go back treated us horribly and utterly disgustingly.. They Discriminated against people with medical exemption and got in my face which triggered the medical condition. I cringe at the amount of money I spent in that place over the years. Will never spent another red cent in there again and recommend that anyone that is against discrimination to never spend money in there either.
Gifts not arriving on time or at all. Too late to order somewhere else. VERY disappointed. Would recommend another bookstore.
Customer service is non-existent. Every time I call I am on hold for 45 minutes. Chat support is just as bad. Have had trouble downloading things since they got hacked. All they do is tell you to wait and it will eventually download. Nothing ever has. Then you have to call them back and wait another 45 minutes to get through to someone for a refund. They don’t care about their customers.
