BN is the best place to buy books. Not only buy books, but browse for all the books that will be ready for the holidays. My daughter loves to play with the train station in the kids area. I'm fact, she can't wait to sit and listen to the readers during story-time.

I come here for my love of books. My love of quiet time I value this so much. Ok and also my love for odd crazy pink or purple book markers. They have a knock off Starbucks now I say this because you can't use your Starbucks app here. But I don't just look down on my nose at them. I actually look around and grab goodies just the same. Because let's face it. I'm greedy and love bakery goods. I suppose in my world snack time is the best time. They also have all kinds of music playing and I love jazz because they keep a mix playing often and it keeps me pretty calm/relaxed.So, I have learned to expect jass at this location and come here for it. The staff here are informative and professional. This is a safe space and no one bothers me when I put my soundproof headphones. Or should I use my fidget gear. I never have asked about sensitivity gear or bags but next time I go in I definitely will. They may have them. The restrooms are very sanitary and cool and never got muggy. Everyone is polite and most books are easily located by me. But let's be honest ill look for three days tops before I actually ask for help. I'm quite shy. This B&N is chill worthy. I proudly issue 100 stars not just the typical five. So if you see me inside wave at me ill probably hide then peek out from behind a book shelf and wave back.

This is my nearest B&N and it's always well stocked and there are always great sales. They changed the layout of their fiction bookshelves and I prefer the way they had it before, but it's OK. There is always someone in the center aisle behind the counter that offers to help you find things and helpfully take things up to the front for you while you continue to shop. I like that they keep their gifts and other items up-to-date with the latest trends and they offer a small Starbucks inside if you're into that. Apparently they're having supply chain issues with their bags so you have to ask for one otherwise you'll just get your items handed to you without being bagged. Even after I asked she asked me if I really really wanted one because she only had four left. So I didn't take one. LOL! There are also lots of great gifts for children, games and lots of Harry Potter items. Yay!

Been on hold forever. Looks like there way of dealing with things is just to wait for you to hang up. Never again will I order from these people. Horrible better to order from Amazon. They got a 5 out of 5 rating when looking at the recommendations of the 31 people who do. What about the hundreds who don’t?
