Buffalo Wild Wings

We were supposed to eat inside but ended up running late for our plans so we had to end up taking it to go. No updates on our order (it took 40 minutes to get any of our food) including our appetizer. The food was bland and lukewarm. We felt like we took a chance by visiting Buffalo Wild Wings again after years, and it was definitely overall disappointing.

The lowest Buffalo Wild Wings has ever been. The wings get smaller every time I’ve gone, they’re tough, barely sauced, just abysmal wings. The prices have gone up and BOGO bone-in is gone. Even the carrots they give you are shriveled up and they used to give multiple to-go bags of them, now it’s a single small bag with 7 baby carrots in it. I’ve been a loyal bdubs patron for 10 years but I have watched the value be extracted from this brand to the point at which there is no meat on the bone. Go next door to Sybergs, their wings are humongous compared to these.

Very slow service. Wings were fresh, but fries were cold. Waited 15 mins more after pick up time for food to get prepared. No one was at the host stand, so anytime someone came in, you had to wait 5-10 mins for someone to come help you or seat you.

Waited over an hour for an online order . No one came to the desk. Manager Johnathan was told this and threatened to call the cops because my husband asked for a refund after an hour . When calling back up they hung up . We asked after waiting for and hour for a refund they refused because they didn’t have they time. Very rude . It seems this is common a

Given a 30 minute wait. Waiting now about an hour and ten minutes. They stopped seating to let kitchen catch up, I've seen about ten tables leave and about three were open when we arrived. I understand why they did not seat, when I was told this I had a few ahead of me- they were seated and I've now waited longer than all of them. No one greets you for about 15 minutes, so you can add that on too- but everyone walks past you and avoids eye contact.

This has become my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings. It’s rarely too crowded, the food is always fresh, and the servers are great. On my latest trip I had Queenie as my server and she went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of.

Don't bother waiting here. There's usually no one at the front counter waiting to seat you. My family is always able to get seated within 5 minutes or so at the St Charles location with clean tables and food coming out at a steady pace.

Much better location than SoCo

I came here at 9pm & they attended me right away. Queenie served me right away & had a great attitude . Couldn’t have ask for a better server for enjoying some wings .
