Buffalo Wild Wings

Went inside to try and order some wings after a long day of work. I was completely ignored the entire time I was there sitting by the bar. Everyone who came after me was attended and I was not. I guess me being a minority was the reason why I was ignored and never helped. Waitress did make eye contact with me but still helped out everyone who GOT THERE AFTER ME. If you are a minority I do not recommend this place go elsewhere.

Meghan is our favorite bartender. She always keeps us entertained. Quick reliable service ensuring we will always be coming back!

I spent $70 in food and got not a single sauce that I ordered and all the wings and sides are mixed in one container when you get a sampler.
It ruined my night

Over an hour wait just for 20 wings and an order of fries.

Addison was the best server ever and the sampler was great

Took about 10 minutes for our waitress to come over to our table. Then 20 minutes for our drinks. We ordered our food at the same time as our drinks and it took about 40 minutes to get our food, which ended up cold anyways. Our waitress was very careless. Once we finished our food we had to wave her down for our check, then she went to every table, walked around the building to avoid helping us. Waited about 20 minutes for her to come take our card, so we ended up going up to front counter to which she came over after 5 minutes of waiting up there, to immidetly say “one second” and walk away when all she had to do was process our payment.

No refills until we called her over and asked.
And simply got 2- 10 boneless wings and fries.
She didn’t check on us unless we called her over.
Terrible service, and most servers probably think “oh teenagers aren’t gonna tip so why try?”
We always tip good, and this was the first time I did not tip.
Probably spent 2 and a half hours there and spent only 10 minutes of that eating.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order! I didn’t even order a lot. It was a small box of cauliflower wings, small box of fried pickles and a large box of buffalo wings. My pick up time was 4:40, I left there at 5:15. It took 10 minutes of standing there for someone to come up to ask me if I needed help. One waitress came up and didn’t even ask if I needed anything, she just rang out a receipt and walked away. Multiple people came up in between me getting there and getting my order, everyone else got their order before I did. Absolutely horrible service. If I wanted to wait that long, I might as well had done dine in.

Bathrooms were dirty and in need of a cleaning. Dining room was filthy food on the floor tables were sticky. It took 32 minutes from the time we placed our order before our food came to the table after 145 on a lazy slow Sunday afternoon. No excuses Sprite came with no syrup tasting like club soda and the beer came late with no bubbles. We tipped our waitress well over 22% but she could’ve done a better job.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes for the trainee hostess and her trainer to even acknowledge us. We asked for a table and were sat right next to a other table of people when there were only 3 other tables occupied in the entire place. Took 15 more minutes just to see our server. She took our order, walked away, and we never saw her again until she brought the table next to us their food. It had been a total of 35 minutes from the time we walked in until we finally got up and walked out with no food. Terrible service! Our table was sticky, there was hair and dust on the table, and nobody offered ANYTHING! It will be a long time before we try this location again.

typical b dubs experience; good beer, friendly service. but the food.... oh my stars... let's just say my great grandma could've made a better meal, and she's dead!
